Today, July 12th, we placed an online order for sandwiches for our entire family at about 9:30 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. pickup. When I got to the store and asked about my order, the man looked at me like I was confused. Then, he tapped the screen behind him and said the system was "down". He did ask if he could make the sandwiches now, but he has serviced me before, and it would have taken him 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches, if you're lucky enough to get his attention. In any event, I diverted and bought pre-made sandwiches to save time. When I checked out, I told the checker about my online order, and he mentioned that to be standard. Honestly, this is all just a shame since you have great food, but a crappy online system and a deli employee who, let's be honest, hates or appears to either hate his job or the customers. They also have frozen, ready-to-bake croissants and other pastries, which is pretty nice. I personally prefer freshly baked goods instead of just reheated ones. I didn't take any pictures, but I did check out the produce section and they have a great selection of organic vegetables with really good quality. I also like their Amazon return service--very efficient and quick. Whole Foods is definitely on the pricier side, so I don't come here often, but they do offer a nice selection with solid quality overall.
