It's been awhile since we came here but we wanted some of their meats to bring back home for our charcuterie board. Decided to come and get a sandwich for lunch. The menu changed from the last time we were here (years!) I saw that Italian sandwich and my husband saw the BLT. My Italian sandwich was delicious, love their deli meats. My husband's BLT was even more delicious. They have a spread that has a pretty good spice kick. The bacon was thick and the produce was so fresh. That's probably one of the best BLT I had. It wasn't too salty either. Everybody always love their cured meats at our NYE party. It's a hit. Expensive but it's the quality! We make our our sandwiches at home with it too. Super delicious .

Such a wonderful culinary discovery we discovered while walking around downtown Healdsburg area! We were welcomed in with warm greetings and offered friendly assistance too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The aromas from the orders that were being filled as we walked in were so tantalizing it was inevitable that we would be staying for lunch here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their sandwiches were generously filled with absolutely delectable savory goodness! The cubano was nice and warm and oh so good! The Italian sub was stuffed full of delicious salami and so much more! We heard that the Italian sub is a very popular staple for many of the regulars as it is already premade and ready for takeout which we fully understand after having tried it! We also got some wine to go with our meal so we could relax and enjoy the moment and the tiny break in the wet weather that seemingly took over most of our visit. I want to go back to their shop again when we're in the area so we can bring some of their goods on a picnic or for relaxing at home with a great glass of wine. We were so happy to have found them and that we stopped in just because we were curious about what they offered when we walked by. I'm confident you'll be happy you stopped in too!

We went here as part of our food tour! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as we enter the smell of the bacon was very noticeable![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The people there are friendly and accommodating! We had salami sampler and wine! Everything was good and i am not even a huge salami fan! I love the sopressata salami! We will definitely go back for sandwiches and some cold cuts! Will definitely recommend for people looking for a good authentic Italian butchery and deli meats!

My husband and I shared: - Pizza Bianco - The BEST Ham & Cheese I expected to like the pizza more and while it was delicious, the sandwich is appropriately named! It is an amazing ham & cheese. Don't pass it up! I would definitely come back to try both more pizzas and sandwiches.

Great meats! We've yet to eat here but every looks delicious! The ladies were all so helpful in helping us pick the perfect steak! We purchased aged beef to go. But they have an amazing menu...from sandwiches to charcuterie boards! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's very cute but not very spacious to seat many guests.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But it is a must stop! Can't wait to come back and actually sit and eat here!

A must visit! You can order any steak weight and they will cook it for you, served with a salad. Grab a glass of wine while you wait or a board with a variety of meats. Recommend grabbing a board to go for in between winery visits. The pizza is also excellent. We went multiple days on a 4 day trip to the area.

We love Journeyman Meat Company! Whenever we need to bring food to a house party, we pick up one of their salumi boards. They often have them pre-made and ready to go, but I like to call to be sure. Easy peasy crowd pleaser, and such pretty presentation! I recently stopped in and grabbed the Ham & Cheese special sando for my guy - it had their barrel smoked ham, brie, fig spread, and arugula in a light lemon dressing. The sando was pre-made. We refrigerated it at home and then he heated it a few hours later in the air fryer to toasted and melty cheese perfection. He LOVED it! I also grabbed a bottle of their sauvignon blanc - the perfect spring sipper! While I was in the shop, another customer was raving about "the best ham & cheese" sandwich, which is served toasted. So we'll need to try that on another visit. Cheers!

Wow-the Perfect Cheese Steak! Wednesday is here, and it's time for -- the Prime Cheese Steak sandwich from Journeyman Meat Company. Our friends had told us we had to try it on Wednesdays, and they were absolutely right. It was totally worth the stop. The sandwich was a perfect combination of thinly sliced, juicy steak, melted cheese, and sweet caramelized onions all tucked into a soft, fresh roll. We also enjoyed some sea salt chips, a glass of rosé, and a side salad -- all fabulous. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat in their cozy seating area and really appreciated the welcoming, family-oriented vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great service .

Whenever I am in Healdsburg I ALWAYS have to make at least one trip here. Whether it's for a casual meal (their steak that you can eat there is delicious) or a snack (their charcuterie board!) or some treats to take home (their meat sticks!), all of it is worth a visit or two haha. Also, the staff there are super friendly. Tip: On our last visit we were told burgers are only served now on Thursdays and Sundays so keep that in mind.

$15 chips , but they were so good thankfully

This is such a fun spot! The people who work here are super nice and friendly which added to the experience. I discovered this place when I was visiting Healdsburg for the first time, and this spot is a must!! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with salami and all the meats! There's fresh meat that you can pick out and have your steak cooked right there and eat it there which I thought was so cool! Part butcher, part restaurant!! The menu changes maybe daily or weekly? I'm not sure but what I saw in my menu was different than other pictures, so depending on the day, you make get different sandwiches offered. There's also sandwiches of the day which was a banh mi. I ended up getting a BLT and a wood fired sausage pizza & both were so good!! The bread on the BLT was a little thick or maybe too toasty, but still good. There's also sausage and other meat in the refrigerator, and pantry items for sale. I got a bag of locally made chips and found out they were $15(!!) when I was paying for them, but they were good. There are samples of different salami to try as well, I sampled while waiting for my order). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside eating area is not too big, I took my order to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, this is a must visit when in the area!

This is always a wonderful place to stop in and enjoy the amazing meats and various other items for enjoyment. The staff are very friendly and sharing in their family connection to the meats. I always love to stop in to grab a charcuterie for enjoying at the beach or hotel with a nice glass of wine.

Small shop with delicious food. Ordered a pizza and the BLT and everything was so good. Whatever is in that sauce they put in the BLT is to die for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a few tables to sit at to enjoy your food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was extra friendly. Can't wait to come back to try their salumi platter.

    Michelle C.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is the cutest little place. I have been to, in a long time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is short and sweet and right to the point. We ordered the steak and it was one of the best steaks I have had in a really long time. The service was quick and easy. You cannot go wrong with whatever you get, also the BLT was really good from the bread to the bacon and everything else in between recommended and I will definitely be back. They also have a butcher shop there and you can take your meat to go and cook at home.

Cutest little Pink Food truck with a hand written menu and a choice of varied options from grilled cheese with mushrooms to Kimchi fries, even Bacon Caramel corn. Individual taking our order was very kind and efficient. I had just enough time to go grab a spot on the grass for our movie and come back to pick up. First of all, burger was cooked to perfection for my foodie son. He enjoys a little pink and a moist burger. I don't know what sauce was on it but it was savory and rich. The bacon was super flavorful, my son allowed me to have one bite before he scarfed it down. Second was our share item, the Kimchi fries, my son is not a fan of kimchi but I really wanted to try them. I ran ofd and came back to an almost empty bowl, yes, they were that good! He ate all of the fries! I can't even tell you what flavors it had because I had not one bite. Lastly was a Caesar salad and for me I just wanted a lighter option. Portion was a good size, not overly dressed, lettuce was crisp, cheese had that nice tart bite and the dressing was probably one of the nicer lighter dressings I have had on a Caesar salad. Perfect for a summer day on the grass. Lastly the Bacon caramel corn, was okay, We are huge fans of sweet popcorn but with the Bacon addition it was worth trying for the savory/sweet aspect. It was good, I could see the bacon but I think it needed more bacon, for the bacon to make a bigger showing considering it was a Caramel *bacon* popcorn. All in all it was a great meal, fresh, savory, good selection and I enjoy the sourced meats and ingredients. The pink decoration on truck just reminded me of a Pig in the cutest way.

Ingredients were only semi fresh, and I've had burgers worlds better for half the price. Haven't tried other things on the menu but I would imagine the quality is not worth the 20+$ per menu item. I love a good local food truck but this one is definitely a let down. Hopefully they can lower prices or increase quality!

This is a mediocre restaurant with over the top prices. There's a ton of fanfare when you arrive…read more The staff for the most part is friendly. The quality is fair at best. The prices for what you get is ridiculous, and the atmosphere is rustic and western. You would think this was Steak 48 or Mastros looking at the reviews and seeing the prices. They could learn a lot from them. My husband had the ribeye ($95) that was over cooked and burnt tasting. My salmon ($58) was dry and the flavor (tasted pre frozen, not fresh) was lacking. The "wedge salad-".. the menu states "wedge salad" ($26) was very sparse and made with little gem lettuce (5 whole leaves), the summer melon salad ($24) was watermelon cubes with 4 cherry tomato halves with a tiny bit of basil chiffonade with topped with some inexpensive balsamic vinegar. My I had a cosmopolitan which was good, however the waiter suggested my husband try a margarita (found the price was $28.00 when the bill arrived!) . The waiter gave us a lesson in ordering steak. When my husband asked for medium rare plus, he said there is no such thing. He boasted about being a server for 10 years and that there's no such thing. He said it's an insult to the chef. Well we've been to many restaurants and many upscale Michelin restaurants and no one has ever corrected us in how we order our steak temperature. But thanks for your sage advise! I would not recommend this restaurant unless you aren't that interested in quality food. ****In response to you reply Jason, I was genuinely surprised by your response. I have always believed that when writing reviews--whether positive or negative--there is an obligation to be honest, fair, and respectful. Suggesting that my review was "malicious" is both inaccurate and disappointing, as that is simply not my nature. You stopped by our table before we had even eaten our meal, so there was no opportunity at that point to comment on the food itself. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the level of quality or value we expected. Spending $333.67 for a mediocre steak, salmon that did not taste fresh and was poorly seasoned, a few pieces of watermelon and cherry tomatoes, and an unusual five-leaf "wedge salad," along with two drinks, fell well short of what one would expect from a restaurant with San Francisco fine steakhouse pricing. Rather than responding defensively to constructive criticism, I would have hoped for a more thoughtful and professional reply. As business owners ourselves, we understand that not every customer will leave satisfied. We view honest feedback as an opportunity to evaluate our business, improve where necessary, and educate our staff--not as a personal attack. My review was never intended to be malicious. It was simply an honest account of our experience. I hope you will choose to view it as constructive feedback rather than dismissing it outright. I wish you and your team the very best.

I didn't like thinking about how a somewhat skimpy salad equals out to $20. I think it sounds a bit better to say it's a $100 experience, which sounds like a better way to explain it.
