Went to this place a while back as my wife wanted some Mexican food. I found this place via iPhone. Around 8pm was not a busy time, nobody there. I ordered a bean burrito for myself and a soft taco and beans for the wife. My burrito was tasty for just a bean burrito, the beans were flavorful. My wife didn't eat the taco as it was with a corn tortilla which she doesn't like. But she liked the beans. I like the fact they're open early. I ordered the two carne asada tacos with beans and rice and a horchata. The drink was great, beef was not marinated, beans and rice were look warm, and no chips, and no salsa bar, sad panda. GF got the soup which she said lacked flavor. Their pico de gallo (or salsa, I'm not sure what they labeled it as) was chock full of onions and unripe tomatoes. Customer service was poor... was joking around in Spanish the entire time and sort of ignored us. The food was mediocre, dull, and didn't taste fresh. I would not suggest coming here. I really wanted to like this place because of the great reviews but was disappointed when I got my Carne as asada burrito and it lacked flavor. The place in South Everett for Mexican style munchies!!! Highly recommend anything Carne asada and the carnitas is also a win. Tonight we got the Carne Asada fries, rolled tacos, Carne asada burrito, a shredded beef hard taco and a Carne Asada soft taco. Hard to find, but well worth the effort! Raliberto's is tucked in behind the A&W/KFC building on the north side of 128th. Their carne asada fries, a.k.a. Super Fries are the best I have tried in the Lynnwood area! The french fries were perfectly cooked and held up well to the toppings. We order ours with carne asade meat, but Super Fries can actually be ordered with any meat. Red and green salsas provided on the table in ketchup style squirt containers provided the extra zing to the mildly spiced meat. The super huge portion was way too much for one person, and probably enough for two, so consider splitting an order. They are also super generous with the sour cream and guacamole, so ask for these on the side. If chips are more your style, they offer a Super Nacho too! Editing 6 months later to add that the Adobada meat is the perfect meat topping for the Super Fries. It has just the right amount of spice to take the fries up a notch. I also ask for my sour cream and guac on the side since they put so much on. I also order a side of pico de gallo (tomotoes, onions and cilantro) to make my fries perfect! In addition to indoor seating, they have a drive through. However, they cooked our fries and meat fresh, so I am not sure I would want to sit that long in the drive through. I think the only downside might be slower service. I've also tried carne asada fries at Memo's in Everett, but was disappointed in them. Raliberto's is far tastier! read more

Food is as close to Filibertos in AZ as possible. It's very hard to find something similar in the Pacific Northwest and this is pretty good. The horchata is not what we were expecting tasted like powder. read more

I use to live in SD and Phoenix Az. Let me tell you. This place is spot on to the southwest mexican food joints.

Been here twice and I think their food is good. I got a shredded beef chimichanga, which is super good! I also tried the carne asada chimichanga which was good as well, though I prefer the shredded beef. Also, their tacos are yummy. The only thing I didn't like was that they put guacamole on the tacos and chimichanga, which can be easily fixed by letting the server know ahead of time. I love Ralibertos! Its our go to late night dinner after a long day at work. The woman who does most of the cooking is amazing. She works so hard and has really good food quality. The value vs quantity here is great. I love the nachos with guacamole! Enough to feed two people easy! I also get the crisp beef tacos and fish tacos. We have tried most items on the menu. I will have to say I don't like the chicken. It seems to be turkey or a poor cut of chicken. Sometimes a little greasy and unappetizing. Other than that I love the pico and carne asada and my boyfriend swears by the burrito/enchilada platter! This place has great Carne Asada burritos every time. No filler like rice and beans. I order 'em w/guac but think they come with it anyway. Just Pico de Gallo and Guac with Carne. The carne is flavored awesome though and tender. Cheap prices too. Only drawback is terrible location. Gotta know where you're going or map it. Enjoy! My brother told me about this place and I've been wanting to give it a try, so that's exactly what I did yesterday. I ordered a couple crispy beef tacos at the drive thru and I have to say those shells were awesome. I'm going again tomorrow (I'm afraid this is the start of an addiction) to get more. I have to say that $1.00 for their tacos is too cheap really, but if you need to fill up a car full of kids (and don't forget yourself) you can do it for not much money. At some point, when I am fully sated with my beloved tacos I will branch out to their other offerings which I see by reviews here are excellent as well. They sit back from the street a little ways but turn into the parking lot just before the Kentucky Fried Chicken and you'll see it soon enough. read more

Every town needs a greasy Mexican joint where you can get late night tacos when you need. This is ours. It's not the best Mexican food but it's far better than Taco Bell. I don't think there's anyone working there who speaks enough English to have an actual conversation with about the menu items so you are flying a little blind but it's all good when you see the price and eat the greasy goodness. We love the breakfast burritos the most but we've had plenty of rolled tacos, burritos, chimichangas and street tacos as well. I kind of go on benders with this place. I'll eat it too much and take a break for a few months and then stop by for a quick meal and remember how much I enjoy it and then hit it three times a week for a while. Everett also has Memos to compete directly with this place but I prefer Raliberto's. Aside from that, last time I ate at Memo's their fajita burrito initiated the diarrhea apocalypse for me, which led to three days of unpleasantness. Don't get me wrong, Memo's is usually OK but they're menu is different from Raliberto's. They can coexist nicely but like I said, I'll go on a bender every few months with Raliberto's whereas with Memo's I can go years sometimes without eating there. read more
