We wife and I visited the dealership on Thursday 03/21/2024 and was greeted by Robert Cunningham and i told him we were interested in a KIA Telluride and settled on the SX Prestige MSRP $ 52,775. I told him I would pay $300 over dealer invoice basically a COSTCO deal. I had 2 trades 2023 Ram 1500 with only 2300 miles and wanted 40K but would negotiate and a 2020 Subaru with 3500 miles and i wanted $23.5 K and both were paid in full and I told him any nonsense i would walk and I would be back on Friday with ownership papers. Well we were back on Friday and on the truck 1st low ball offer was 31K and i told them it was a joke then the came back with a 39K offer which I agreed to and than on the Subaru I was offered the 23.5K i wanted. I was showed the work sheet with the figures with full MSRP and $990 catalytic converter etching of course i refused and they said how about our cost of $404 i told them no way I would pay that for something that took somebody 5 minutes to do. They still would not neonate off the MSRP so we walked out and after about 8 hours of our time wasted so we went to the valley we got one for $ 600 over invoice and agreed to a $ 50 dollar etching fee . I would advise going to the L.A. or Valley Dealership and not waste your time with Rally KIA. I never feel welcomed coming to Diamond Cadillac. I had an appointment today at 1:30pm for my FOB key programming that was scheduled around 4 days ago. I was greeted by a rude representative by the name of Destiny, who proceeds to tell me the fee is $180 REGARDLESS if the key works or not. She also told me that they didn't have my key it was discontinued. I've never heard of such a service. Why would ANYONE pay $180 for 5mins of non guaranteed work? If you can't program it fine, we go our separate ways or pay a small fee for their "Time." She proceeded with her attitude and "Politely" informed me that GM makes Cadillac smh, all of this before checking if service can do it or not. I was scheduled days ago, had I been informed properly that they did not have the key, terms and conditions, anything, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I've had my car less than 6 months and I've had 2 major issues. The turbo went out and now the AC compressor has seezed- yes durning our 105 degree heat. Spoke with Johnny and George who told me they won't do anything. Suck it up and pay them $1100 to fix it. I told them I'm forced to drive around in this heat daily with my 5 year old. It's so bad she's showing signs of heat stroke- again they told me they didn't care, I have to pay and they don't care the care is only a few months old. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy! Here is what happened. They offer free quotes which means they will evaluate the work that is needed and recommend repairs. (we will touch on this later as I was charged) I personally took my car to them to get an estimate for a repair due to a collision that ended in my transmission being broken as in the metal being cracked. They were suppose to call me and give me updates. Well that didn't happen I was the one calling to get updates, and the times they called was to return my calls. Long story short every time I called I was told they didn't know when they can get parts! What kind of answer is this? This went on for 16 days. Here is when everything went down hill. This is the car my family used to run errands and pick up/drop off our kids from school. We did not have another car. So we had a rental while this was suppose to get repaired. After 16 days of me calling and they telling me that they didn't know when they would get parts. I made the recommendation of perhaps getting a low mileage used replacement part. At that point they said the could do it but it was going to cost more and maybe a week or more to get the used parts and get the repairs done. How am I paying more for a used part vs a new one? That makes no sense to me, maybe it does to someone else but not me. All this time I looked online called other shops and myself included could get a transmission in no longer than 3 days! I made the mistake of choosing the dealer as I thought they have easy fast access to factory parts, I was so wrong! Anyone can get a transmission online in no time even from other shops and the dealer online but apparently this shop can't find them. I'm not sure what their deal was other than milking me for storage fees or the rental car fees located at their dealer. I decided to pick up my car, I couldn't deal with this. So I didn't agree to their repairs. When I got there they wanted to charge a 15 day storage fee of $1050! Keep in mind I'm also paying for a rental car. If it was up to me I would have ordered the parts on day one. The reason why the car sat there for so long was due to their own fault of not being able to get parts. I had nothing to do with this! However they wanted to charge. I complaint as I was never given any options until I made the recommendation myself! Why not tell me on day one that they could get a used one? It gets worse, I told them I didn't agree with the charges so they decided to give me a deal and only charge me $800. To me this was no deal but my money being stolen! At this point I was frustrated so I paid them. So them they bring paper work that they wanted me to sign. I refused to sign and asked to give me my car and keys so I could be on my way. I was told unless I signed they would not release my car! My car was being held hostage and in my books being stolen at this point. I know my rights and they can't make me sign anything I don't want to sign. I ended up calling the cops as they were keeping a car they had no right to keep and it was not theirs! After speaking to the manager and telling him that I had the legal right not to sign anything and didn't owe them any money, if they didn't give me the car it would become stolen property. He finally gave me my keys to my property. I had a really bad experience I do not wish on anyone. I have the paper work to prove when I drop off the car, when I was sent paper work for a use part etc. If anyone cares at this company, and you are reading this. The right thing to do is to refund my money. No work was done! I was basically given an estimate that took 16 days to produce and was charged for a quote that is advertised as free! Plus I ended up paying for more than I was suppose to on a rental car. I would never recommend buying anything from this place or having any repairs done. read more

I visited Diamond Cadillac, formerly Rally Auto, for 4 months attempting to resolve a "Reduced Engine Power" issue. Service advisor, Iris, normally does the intake for my vehicle. In 4 months, I have never felt welcomed while working with her. In July 2022, the check engine light appeared, along with the reduced engine power notification. Prior to taking my vehicle to Diamond Cadillac, I always visit O'Reilly's for a diagnostic on the check engine light. The problem was detected in the throttle body. Diamond made "repairs" for $565, but the problem returned before I made the 30 minutes trip home. I was not able to accelerate beyond 30 mph. I returned the vehicle to Diamond as advised. The service dept kept my vehicle for 3 days. When I returned, Iris gave me a work order quote for $695. I told her that I was unable to pay that amount at this time. Before returning my car key to me, Iris stated that my car tire was flat and that I needed to pay $92 for them to replace the tire valve stem. I informed her that my tires were fine when I brought my vehicle in 3 days ago. She shrugged and stated that the tire was flat. Of course, I paid for the repair because I would not be able to drive 30 minutes on a flat tire. Over the next week, I used the service of a local mechanic who changed the throttle body in less than 30 mins and I have not experienced the car lag since that time. But the check engine light was still on. In the meantime, I requested to speak with the Svc Mgr (Lopez) to discuss my issues. I called and sent emails since 12/9/22, but did not receive a response. On 2/13/23, I received a nice call from Perry Brandt, who introduced himself as the new mgr of the svc dept. He asked me to bring my vehicle in to investigate the lingering check engine light and to resolve any issues. When I arrived, Iris informed me that Mr. Brandt had not arrived yet, but suggested that I leave the vehicle. Around 5 pm, Iris called for me to pick up the vehicle, as she informed me through her smug laughter that "Mr. Brandt no longer works with the company." She also told me that there is NO district mgr. Days later, I met with Mr. Gibson, the new Sales Mgr to discuss the vehicle issues. He asked, "Do you think we're going to fix all of your car problems for free?" I told him, "Of course not. I only wanted them to fix what I paid for." He listened as I explained about the "fake" flat tire, and he agreed to reimburse me for the $92. Later, I contacted Cadillac Cus svc. The agent listened very well, stated that she documented my concerns, then told me to call back tomorrow for the district mgr's number. When I called the next day, there was NO record of my call. So, I repeated everything! I was given a case number but never received any follow-up by the Dist Mgr. Long story, but Diamond Cadillac is bad business. read more

Here we go again...This is absolutely the worst place to go for good customer service! We had issues in May with them and after discussing it over with the manager, received two free oil changes for our car we purchased there last year. The first oil change went smoothly-they didn't ask for payment or say anything...apparently that person new how to read notes. Today my husband went and they charged him $79 for the oil change. He left confused and called me on his way home. I told him it was supposed to be no charge and proceeded to call them. Iris - the one that charged him was out to lunch so I left her a message telling her we were not to be charged and that even if we were, we should be allowed to apply a coupon or even asked if we had any we would like to apply. My husband returned to the service department and was met with a nasty attitude from Iris telling him she reversed the charge and that there are a lot if notes so they basically don't take the time to check anything on your account when you get there, and WE the customers have to let them know when we have a coupon-so never assume they will ask YOU if you have one in case you forget. Customer service is horrible at this location and the people treat you like YOU are the problem. Stay away!!! Oh PS...my husband just informed me that Iris is the same person that helped us last time so apparently she just didn't feel like reading the notes today. This dealership made things right with me after I left a truthful review on their service. Long story short, I needed a car and they really worked with me and helped me. I was not in a position to buy a car and I know it was difficult to find a financer for myself. When I purchased a car I was reassured a hundred times over there was nothing wrong with my car, it was in tip top shape, and required no service. 3 months later I have a $500 repair to make on my car when I come in for my first oil change. Yes, 3 months for an oil change. That's how little I drive. I was very upset, but Johnny the service manager really helped me. He called me soon after and fixed my problem. I appreciate his help, but I'm very skeptical of this place. I don't feel cheated, just a little skeptical now. I will shop around next time I need a car. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the staff are at Rally. I first called to schedule a service appointment and when I called to confirm, they were unable to do so because the rep "didn't catch my name" when booking. On my initial call i provided all of my information to the young lady, but she was more concerned with rushing me off the phone rather than gathering the most basic information, my name...I showed up to Rally GM's service department around 7:30 am and waited for them to open. I sat in my car and was approached by Iris, one of the advisors. As Irish approached she already had a look of not wanting to be at work on her face. I greeted her with a BUBBLY "Good Morning, how are you", her response was "Drop off or pick up". I knew it was early so I bypassed the first level of rudeness. Clearly no one at work / or a customer pressed her buttons being that it was top of the morning. I went inside as instructed, only to find the worst waiting area that smelled of gasoline and not coffee like most service departments. After waiting a few moments Iris grabbed me so that we could start our order of business. She gathered the needed details and spoke about pricing, I then informed her that I purchased an oil package via another dealer but was instructed to visit their service department. At this very moment, she kicked her rudeness and unprofessionalism into OVERDRIVE. Rolling of the neck, cutting me off / not allowing me to explain, etc. She reiterated to me a few times, as if my comprehension was non-existent that I did not purchase my vehicle through them and she did not know why I was there. I tried to explain why I ended up there, but she had no intent of helping nor hearing me. I completely understand that at least standard / lo level customer service is nearly extinct, but expected way more from a dealership, first thing in the morning. Her "matter of fact and nonchalant attitude" was far less than pleasant. I asked her why she was being so rude and constantly cutting me off, her response was "I'm not being rude" I reminded her of our first interaction, her totally disregarding the first step of interacting with any human being, which is a simple "Hello, how can I help You". To be clear, I WOULD NEVER conduct any business at this dealership. I can't speak for the entire staff, but the reviews are there and it seems that being rude is there culture there. She flat out lied to me, when I went in for a battery replacement for my 2017 GMC for a bad battery, mind you it just became 2020, she had the audacity to say all new cars battery's are only lasting 3 years then they need to be replaced and I said that's not true it's at least 4 that's insane and she straight up said no you're wrong. Then I pull it up on google and she says it's in your handbook and I asked her where and she said she would pull it up and still has yet to do that. Realized after we were out the door reading the contract. Called the sales Manager the next day- couldn't explain what this was for. Neither could Chevy Corporate. Sales Manager refused to return the $1,000. Service - Brought in the same Trailblazer for a warning light 3 different times w/I 6 months while under warranty). Couldn't find the problem and reset the light. 3 months after the warranty expired, w/i 4 months of the last visit for the same issue, same light goes on. I am now told there is a service bulletin for the problem and they know the fix- that will be $600.00. They refused to cover under the now expired warranty even though there was a clear record of the pre- existing issue. Highly unethical place. When I hand delivered the 2nd set of contracts the guy said he just didn't feel like stopping at the post office but it's ok for the customer to make a 1 hour drive instead. Rally GMC is awful. I went in, test drove an Acadia (Sunday), made an offer. They said they couldn't do that, I thanked them for their time and left. The salesman Delleon called the next day (Monday) with a counter offer said the manager was standing right there and get it done, and unfortunately we were dealing with a funeral so I didnt have time to deal with it. I contacted Delleon the next day (Tuesday) asking if the price was still good, he said yes to see Jerry that evening to sign paperwork. We drove in after work and suddenly its all oh no we cant honor that price, and it will have to be more. I showed him the text in writing from THAT DAY showing I was told the offer. And he told me the sales people lie in essence, that they go behind their back and whatnot, even tho the guy was in the room the day before when THEY CALLED ME. Lloyd told us over the phone that he'd give us a better price than the prices we were quoted at another dealership. We specifically told him our price quote and he said his offer would be considerably lower without a need for haggling. We drove almost 2 hours and found that his price was not lower but higher. He claimed that the Costco Membership Program qualified our purchase for $500 to $800 below invoice price. But the price he quoted was above invoice. So far the service here has been good. This is my second time here to get the oil changed. My previous visit was for the 30k mile service for my 2002 corvette ZO6. I have a friend who took his C6 grand sport here for a trouble light and the techs here could not figure it out. He took it to Valencia where they identified and repaired the issue right away and gave him a courtesy vehicle while he waited. I have received good service here so far so I do not have a reason to give a derogatory review. My only mis-giving is that the service rep who last saw me informed me that I should take the vette in when the oil life remaining indicates 20%. The manual advises to change the oil only when the oil life indicator indicates as such. I know quite a bit about vehicles so I view this as a sort of money tactic. She is just doing her job but none the less, I think that this recommendation is unwarranted and makes me wonder what else they may unnecessarily recommend. The waiting area has comfortable seating and is kept right at about 70 degrees. The televisions were only playing CNN which is pretty standard but not my preference. read more

He also pointed out that our tires were bald on the inside which is an easy fix that he didn't make any money from. If I can rate zero stars I would. Went in looking for a brand new Sierra came out with wanting to call corporate. The Latino manager came in very rude and treated me and my fiancé as if we were children buying their first vehicle. I've never been so disrespected from a car dealership in my lifetime.
