I recently purchased a straw Stetson for summer but wanted another straw option with a wide brim. I chose a Mexican palm Charlie Horse. I love this brand and Lainey's collab with them. The price point on this brand is always very friendly and you can grab several for the price of other hats. Service was exceptional. Very very cute store with such an impressive selection. I love all their hat accessories and jazzed up even a simple straw hat with a couple cute little additions. They do branding, have a ton of bands, ribbons and more. Such a fun stop. Highly recommend! With high ceilings and spacious aisles it's easy to get stuck in here for hours! I was on a mission to find rose gold earrings and I found only a few options. They have everything you can think of in silver and gold, both with bling and without. I came in here for two things and left with other items I forgot I needed as well -- like new earring pads for my clip on fancy earrings I wear for special occasions. And shoe spray! I have now been to this shop twice and each time I'm in awe of all the product they carry.

By 2021, I noticed the nametape and numbers were peeling off, and the sleeve numbers were missing. This was a $250+ "authentic" jersey, so I assumed everything should have been stitched on--at least, that's what I thought. I began reaching out to The Hangar for help. From 2021 until May 27, 2024, I was repeatedly placed on hold, hung up on, and promised a call back from a manager that never came. After almost three years of this, I finally got a response and sent my jersey in for repairs--even though I live in North Carolina, not Dallas. Since then, the communication has been abysmal. I've received vague, unsigned emails from nameless employees, been ghosted for days, and was even told, "We replied on Monday, not sure why you didn't get it." I emailed again on 9/11/24 asking for an update, and--unsurprisingly--got no response. It's been 16 weeks since they received my jersey, and I still have nothing to show for it. Their customer service is beyond terrible. Just give me an update or If they can't return my jersey, the least they could do is refund me or offer some kind of compensation.

They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.
