After trying to order using the 'AI bot' at the pedestal. I was complaining to the passenger that it was totally screwed up, got my order wrong, and completed my order before I was finished. I then noticed the sign letting me know I could talk to a real person by saying "Team Member". I spoke into the pedestal several time trying to get a person to respond before I just gave up and pulled forward. When Angel came to the window, I explained that the order was wrong, but before I could explain she told me: "I'm going to refuse you service because you were rude." I was speechless. Apparently, she was listening the whole time and assumed I was speaking to her (which I was not). She repeated that I would not be served and closed the window. I drove off. As I drove, I found the number to the location and called to speak with the manager. I asked the person who answered the phone if I could speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager. As I explained my complaint the informed me that it was her who refused to server me. She gave me her name, but refused to give me the number for the district manager. She then told me that I would continue to be refused service because "you're being a dick". If this is the way a Rally's manager speaks to customers, they need to reevaluate their hiring practices. She was listening in to a conversation I was having with my passenger, took offence to my characterization of the crappy AI order system and refused to serve me. At no time did she chime in during my order to offer assistance even though it was obvious the system was not getting my order correct and she was listening the entire time. We drove past 2 McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Dairy Queen and at least 2 local burger joints to get to Rally's. I won't make that mistake again. I called corporate and filed a complaint. GOD AWFUL. You can't order something on the menu and take things off Chicken tenders are completely dried out. Like chicken jerky. Fries taste like old oil. Can't even taste the seasoning. At least the sprite was good. read more

Stopped at rally's because it was snowing and we had the hankering for 3000 calories worth of grease, cheese, and bacon goodness. Both sides of the drive thru were clear, a plus- but we had to wait nearly 6 minutes in the drive thru.. ( a bit long considering they were totally dead) I had the fully loaded fries, a spicy chicken sandwich, and an America's double cheeseburger. Everything came out neatly, however the burger was completely loaded down with grease. The loaded fries were delicious, but a bit cold to be honest. The fries seem to be fresh, perhaps the cheese sauce or the other garnishments weren't so warmed up; lid greasy but if they were hotter, this would have cleared 3 stars for sure My stomach is already starting to grumble, so I think I'm going to leave this review here. To be fair-it IS fast food.. and you DO get what you pay for. To conclude, If you're looking for a good value, good/decent food, in under a 10 minute long drive through experience, Rally's on Dixie in E-town is the spot for you! read more

The fries are the best--crisp, hot, and perfectly spiced. The burger was very flavorful.

I go here twice a month. It's a treat. Staff is friendly and quick service. Everything is always hot and good. Never been disappointed

Does this place ever get anything right? Seems like everytime we go and bring the food home we have to go back because we don't have everything we pd for. Tonight they just put a sandwich in the bag that was not anything we ordered but left out the one we did order and paid for. I'm done,no more. Never again. read more

Stopped here instead of going to McDonald's because I thought it looked like a Checkers and the one I grew up with was pretty good. That was my first mistake. We went around 130pm or so and there were about 4 cars in the drive through plus a couple in the parking lot so I figured it must be ok. I got a #1 and a order of mozzarella sticks. Well it took about 15 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. The soda didn't have enough syrup in it so it was bitter tasting. The bag that my food was in was covered in grease. Not from The food on the inside but like it was sitting in something. The food on the inside wasn't much better. The mozzarella sticks were tiny, especially if you compare them to other chain restaurants like Arby's or Sonic. I ate a couple fries they were similar to checkers but these were a bit overdone. Sad to say I didn't even try the burger because I was so grossed out by all the grease on the bag that I just threw my food away. Who knows might have been good but after reading some Other reviews I probably made the right choice. read more

Sat in line waiting of course. When finally was able to place order the taker could not manage to do two things at once and was incorrect when we arrived at window. Then was confused at how to correct this. Everyone has a choice. This isn't it. Fast food is a joke. And so is this place. read more

We went and had a $45 order. They parked us, then gave our food to another car. They then took the food back and gave it to us. This is a pandemic, and they try to give us food that was handled by another person. We asked for a refund and they tried to only give us half the amount we spent. Terrible experience and poor customer relations. read more
