The lady with braids at the drive thru window (her name is Katy) is just awesome. Every time I stop there she is working hard, smiling and pleasant. The staff can be friendly, but more often than not are very rude. It also seems like they don't have a consistent scale for the amount of each topping on sandwiches, because it's always different quality depending on when you go. The workers don't generally seem to be super busy when I'm in there so maybe their effort needs to step up!
