the location is idealright in a prime spot easy access to bus stops, the train station, freeways, businesses and schools. The restaurant itself was clean, the outdoor dining area, seating, and tabletops. The drive-thrus are a good size with decent clearance. For those reasons, I gave 2 stars. Now for the problem. I ordered a XL fry for $5.29 and used a $3 off coupon. To my disappointment, I received nowhere near an XL fries honestly, it wasn't even a large. It looked more like a half-filled medium. On top of that, the container was stuffed with napkins inside YES NAPKINS!!taking up space that should have been actual fries. Napkins belong on the side, not inside the xl-fries container. This made the portion feel extremely dishonest. It seemed like the fries were intentionally underfilled and stuffing the container with napkins made it worse. I wish I had taken a picture of it, because it was barely half full. it won't be a next time though. I do remember when this place used to be consistent, but this experience didn't reflect that at all. I moved away from California many years ago. So when I returned for a Disneyland trip, I was so excited to see a Rally's! I feel like this is one of those places where nothing's absolutely incredibly tasting, but it is a nostalgic flavor that brings back memories. The fries (my favorite) are battered and coated and perfectly seasoned. I no longer eat red meat but they do have other items for you to order. The stuff was very courteous, nice, and prompt to cash us out and deliver us our food. Placed order uber eats at 1:40am they close at2am was trying to call them on phone to remind them to make sure they send me a few ketchup packages and to also make sure they send me my bbq that im paying for in my order . Im here trying to call them to remind them since they alwyas fuck up orders like lasttime, and theycnever picked up the phone ringed and ringed no answer. The classic burger is not what is shown in the burger menu picture. Went through the drive-thru ordered some onion fries$3.49, hot wing combo, and 3pc chicken strips $25...The onion fries were smaller than a value fry. Rally always have good deals. I haven't been here in a while. So I decided to stop by on my way to my destination. I ordered the $5 meal. Which included: 1 bacon cheddar crisp burger 1 small fries 1 16 oz Hi-C fruit punch 1 small chicken bites Total is $5.50. Simeple order. I gave Tremain (driver's side drive thru cashier name on receipt) my debit card. He claimed it wouldn't work after he swiped, tapped, etc. Funny because I just used this card at Woody's for mons about 15 minutes before I got here. So I gave him $6 cash. He gave me change and my order. I drove off. A few blocks down the street is when I noticed that my chicken bites were missing from the bag, it was not worth the waste of time to go back to get my missing $1.33 equivalent chicken bites. Sure, I should've checked before I drove off. Best of all, he should've put my complete order in my bag. The food was good. But missing my chicken bites. Before writing this review, I read other bad reviews for this place. I noticed that this location has a bad habit of not including customer's chicken bites with their drive thru orders.
