The Staff here has been especially helpful and kind, one incident in particular was heartwarming when my son received a "Kid's Meal" Cane's "Toy" which was a helicopter gadget that spun and flew, but our fault, user error, it flew up onto a park building roof, so we came back to buy another one via another Kid's Meal, hoping the promotion was still active with that toy to replace. We first asked if it was and explained our situation, and the employee searched and confirmed that it was still available and offered us a free replacement out of compassion, kindness and care. It was a great experience. Of course, since we were there to eat, we did buy a Kid's Meal and did get the toy we wanted for a Happy Ending and a delicious meal.
