Caniac - 6 piece chicken fingers
    Debbie F.

I rarely eat fast food, but when I give it a try, it's because so many have raved about it. I get the hype! Chicken figures were juicy and cooked well. Fries pretty good. Texas toast was legit. Coleslaw was my least favorite part (when usually it's the one thing I want more of). Overall a good experience. This was my first time so ordered as is to try everything. Next time I would substitute out the coleslaw. The price was about $20 for 6 piece figures meal.

The drive-thru line was surprisingly fast and efficient, making it a convenient option when you're short on time. The chicken tenders were crispy, juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. They made for a satisfying and easy dinner without having to wait long. My only complaint is that they charge extra for dipping sauce, which feels a little unnecessary. Aside from that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. A solid choice when you're looking for a quick and tasty meal.

    Hair on food

I feel like I'm going to barf This is the SECOND time I've been here and found multiple hairs in my food. This time there were two- I had to throw my whole lunch away. I drove 30 mins round trip for canes and literally took two bites and found a small hair on my fries. I tried to ignore this one and took a bite of my chicken to find a huge hair and I feel like I'm going to throw up now... going to throw my whole meal away now. I'm disgusted and wasted my whole lunch break and now won't have any food. They also overcharged me today smh

I don't know why this location has such low reviews! I love this Cane's. The staff are LOVELY. Soooo kind and personable and always checking up on you. The food comes out quick and hot, and I have never had any problems. I come here all the time! They play great music and have nice AC since it's been so hot.

Left church and just on my way home, I started craving Raising Cane's. There was no line in the drive through, so I ended up going through the drive through. The server was very nice. She asked me about my day, and I said great. And she said that she had a great day too. Ordered the Now and Half Later. So two meals in one. I wasn't gonna get a drink, but I found out it was only an eighty cent difference, so I figured, let me just get a lemonade. I always get light ice. Got home. Food was good, but the only thing is I got an extra sauce and they only gave me one sauce, and that's a lot of chicken for one sauce. Forty one cents for another sauce, but other than that, everything was good. I'm a keep them at four stars.

The Staff here has been especially helpful and kind, one incident in particular was heartwarming when my son received a "Kid's Meal" Cane's "Toy" which was a helicopter gadget that spun and flew, but our fault, user error, it flew up onto a park building roof, so we came back to buy another one via another Kid's Meal, hoping the promotion was still active with that toy to replace. We first asked if it was and explained our situation, and the employee searched and confirmed that it was still available and offered us a free replacement out of compassion, kindness and care. It was a great experience. Of course, since we were there to eat, we did buy a Kid's Meal and did get the toy we wanted for a Happy Ending and a delicious meal. It is our "go-to" Cane's location and is neighbor to many restaurants and close proximity to the Toyota Performance Center's Ice Skating / Hockey rink too.

The Caniac Combo at Raising Cane's has crispy, hand-battered chicken fingers with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, Cane's Sauce, and a drink. Great choice for a fast-food meal.

My order the 2nd night. Missed the box combo but I got the drink.

My 2 night orders using DoorDash screwed me. Missing items . This location is incompetent. They should dump using DoorDash if they want to get better ratings. They are dragging your reputation down the toilet. Horrible experience. For one this location can't count how many tenders are supposed by be in a caniac combo. both nights orders had count issues and missing entire items. I blame the employees at this location for my issues both nights. Food is great if you can get a complete order. other than that don't order using a delivery service. You will get screwed like me two night in a row. I had to complain with DoorDash and re-order and wait longer. The 2nd night I did not get a refund for my missing box combo. I gave up complaining so this is the reason I rate this raising canes the worst experience. Next time I'm in town I will pass on this location.

Food was ok. Chicken was warm and juicy. Warm probably because it sat under the heat lamp for about 7 minutes. The fingers are smaller than expected about the size of 2 nuggets at other restaurants. Fries were also warm not hot. Price was ok. Overall pretty mediocre and nothing worth waiting in line for.

Food: 5/5 Chicken was so tender, fries were delicious, the bread cannot be skipped!!!

First visit to Raising Cane's. Overall, it was okay. The chicken fingers were tender and juicy with a light, non-greasy batter, definitely a plus. The fries were cooked well and nicely salted. I tried the chicken finger sandwich (three tenders on a bun), and it was solid. The famous Cane's sauce was good, little sweet, not spicy, it's good. There's a patio for outdoor seating, which is nice, but the experience was dragged down by cleanliness issues. Tables were messy and oily, and the restroom wasn't in great shape either. It's a decent spot if you're craving fried chicken, but nothing really stood out. Taking off a star for the lack of cleanliness.

Review #607 None Elite Squad Raising Canes is Raising Canes no matter where you get your order from so what would be different? lets start with Customer Service.. I say 4.5 out of 5..not the greatest but nice customer service. Dining area? Clean, pretty full.. I say 4.5 out of 5 The Food..my order was the Caniac with no coleslaw sub it with a extra toast and 2 extra cane sauces... food 4 out of 5.. I notice this pattern and correct me if im wrong but you get 6 chicken strips .. 2 are big..you know.. money's worth .. 3 curled up strips skinnier than the 2 big ones..and you get 1 that's super small that shouldn't even be counted as a strip..its like 1/2 of a strip..why? I dont get it..Raising Canes is the same anywhere you go..good sauce..good toast..but its like you're paying for 3 1/2 strips instead of 6..I dont know.. anyways ..im gonna give it 4 stars.. good location by the way

I've been to other Canes and they all have very good chicken. I don't need their combos so I order just 2 fingers and fries. I didn't get their signature sauce- they charge for it- and wish I had, since the fingers needed a dipping sauce. I like that the chicken isn't greasy.

Also, they accept card! Not cash only. Nice. Anyway let's talk about the food. I love me some Thai hainan chicken so I had some expectations. Let's gooo. White meat hainan with garlic rice - 8/10 This was really good for the price. I think the meal cost $14 and it came with a cup of broth and dipping sauce. Chicken was cooked without being too dry. Hainan chicken lacked in flavor but the condiments made up for it. I mixed ginger and all the chili in the sauce and enjoyed it. Garlic rice was really good without any raw bits of garlic. Broth was a bit MSG heavy but whatever I still killed it lol Zaab crispy chicken with garlic noodle - 7/10 Zaab crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the sauce didn't make the chicken skin soggy which was a huge plus. The chicken stayed crunchy until the end of the meal. The garlic noodles, though, were a letdown. They were really greasy and lacked flavor. I had to use a lot of the condiments just to give it some taste. Next time, I'd order the Zaab chicken with garlic rice instead. Fried shrimp - 8/10 This was really good. Easy to finish in once sitting. It was just lightly seasoned shrimp wrapped in a fried wonton wrapper. It came with a side of sweet and sour sauce that I barely used. It didn't even need it tbh. Overall, this place was worth a try especially for an affordable hearty meal. Service was quick and menu had lots of options. If you're in the area and want some quick Thai food, check this place out!

We try, but we couldn't pay with inKind, so we rang the button for service. The person who came out spoke very little English and was there by herself. But we got through the order.
