We found metered street parking nearby and placed our order at the self-service kiosk. We went with the Hello Shrimp and Chicken fries plate and added a 5-piece order of garlic chicken wings. The plate looked impressive, but unfortunately, the flavor didn't match the presentation. Everything tasted like it had been reheated from frozen. The fries were soggy, the chicken lacked seasoning, and the shrimp tasted overcooked, almost like it had been boiled for too long. I hate to say it, but it was a disappointing experience. Its always nice to have places in the area that close late and I had been interested in this place for a minute. But unfortunately it really was probably one of the worst places I've been to in a loooong time and we realized they had a C rating after we already ordered...... I've never seen a C rating so that was very jarring to say the least. When we ordered our bacon chicken fries on the tablet, we were under the impression that it would come with bacon as stated but when I received my order they stated they were out of bacon. Although they did allow me to choose another meat, it would've been great for something to be said before I bought it for the bacon. Once we tried the food, it really tasted like frozen food that we could've just made at home and was a let down from start to finish. Went after a Green Day concert at Sofi. The place had sticky floors, the TVs were playing random stuff, you order from a touch touchscreen and the place is staffed by one guy. Your order is made and if you have earpods on, you likely won't hear your order is ready. Yeah, this place ranks lower than it's other counterparts, but that's not why you are here. The place is open until 3 AM and near Sofi stadium. If you are here, you are likely to have missed window for better options and wanted carbs. I've had the fries at other locations and this place definitely does match the quality but fails in other obvious places. The food is decent but everything else is below average since the main reason it exists is for wasted Sofi guests. When the driver finally delivered it, I opened the bag and realized the meal had a completely different protein than what I ordered. I immediately called the restaurant to ask if they could remake the order, but the employee told me it wasn't his job and proceeded to yell in my ear, which was extremely unprofessional. There was no name or label on the bag when it arrived, making it clear the mistake came from the restaurant, yet he tried to blame the DoorDash driver. The way the situation was handled was disrespectful and poorly managed.
