Very good and delicious hamburger I enjoyed it very much and will return again and I love their French fries

Disgusting. Will not be going back. I'm a big Rally's fan (Inglewood) and was excited to eat from here. My food (all $15 worth) was lukewarm. Fries were horrible. Cashiers need to be better trained on how to use the cash register in case they make a mistake and charge you the wrong price. That way the customer doesn't have to make another trip up there to get their refund. I was really disappointed. Will try it again in about 6 months and hopefully it will be a lot better. read more

Granted this Rally's just opened a week ago, but I don't think I will be going back. I ordered one of the $1 grilled hot dogs and it was awful. It was hardly warm and not grilled. It came with mustard and ketchup already on it. I asked for relish and was told that they don't carry it...really! My husband had the Baconator cheese burger and he said it was just ok and that Carl's version is much better for about the same cost. The staff definitely needs a lot more customer service training and the manager needs to pay closer attention to how the staff fraternizes while customers are waiting. I'm not a fan of having someone handling my food that has giant holes in their ears and facial piercings. It's just gross no matter how clean they may be. read more

It's something different from your usual burger chain, but not by much. Two and a half stars out of five, very average. Ideal for heavy snacking but not great to get of you want to get filled up. The usual fare of gloriously photographed burgers served squashed and floppy in a soggy paper wrapper. Typical non representational burger joint artwork. Seemingly good flavor burger combinations that ended up boarding almost tasteless to bland. Nothing spectacular or outstanding, just different takes on various hamburgers, cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers and bacon cheeseburgers. At least there were multiple variations of a bacon cheeseburger instead of only one on the regular menu. The seasoned fries that come standard with every combo meal are really good, flavorful and crisp. This location is still going through teething problems, slower service, long line and some confusion behind the counter. Orders are quick to come out and they do double check to see if they get it correct. Almost everything is pre-cooked and stored in warmer drawers, I wasn't really thrilled about that. It was hard to get filled up over a combo meal that was pushing $7, the burger looked a lot smaller than the pictures and the season fries were almost as small as a kid sized portion. Maybe it's supposed to be light eating but I walked away hungry and a little disappointed, especially after eating the Big Buford Burger combo, their double cheeseburger in a few bites. Service is still going through some teething problems after being opened for a few weeks, touchy cash registers, poor flow through the kitchen, a bit of confusion all around but they do manage to get the food out in a timely manner. I have always seen long lines here and customers often have shopping carts or motorized scooters and/or wheelchairs which makes ordering and picking up food difficult- that's what happens when it's located in a Walmart. Dining area was spacious, relatively clean and empty. Plentiful tables and chairs but only two or three families/groups were dining in the entire time I was there. Bottom line is that Rally's has a larger variety of menu items that includes chicken wings, multiple types of cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburgers, options for fries (loaded and cheese chili cheese versions), fried apple pies and other side snacking options for a good price. You might not break the bank but you won't get full either. Would I go back? Strong maybe. Would I actively seek a Rally's out if I'm hungry. Nope. read more

I have to start out by saying that the fries are good. However, the food taste the way Walmart smells. I would have to say the staff is very friendly, and the place was clean; however they do need to improve the way their food tastes. read more

2 employees for lunch hour. Very backed up. Cook looked like she wanted to kick someone's ass. Horrible food. About 10 French fries came with order. Asked for ketchup only allowed to give 2. I bought 4 burgers and a chicken meal. Never never never again. read more

Nahhhhhhhhhh! People that live in this area have been waiting for this place to open for quite some time now. The food is ok at best. It tastes like a cheaper version of Wendy's I ordered a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was very average kind of small actually. The fries were actually very good. I would definitely not come back here. Any other of the local hamburger restaurants are much better. read more

I was really happy they opened a rally's in moreno valley I stopped there for lunch and ordered The big Buford combo the employee informed me that it was going to be a few minutes he had to make new Hamburger patties I told him that was fine the manager told him to use 4 small patties instead it would be faster so I got 4 hockey pucks instead of 2 fresh hot juicy patties its sad they would rather serve sub par food instead of quality food oh ya I was the only order they had to work on read more

Customer service needs to be fixed. The cashier looked mad at us for being there and didn't see one smile or smirk. Didn't feel welcomed. We got there 1 hour and 20 min before closing time and were the only ones there. We waited around 25-30 min for our order (one combo and two sides). Then one of the workers started to mop around us all the way to the entrance when it wasn't even closing time, she just dumped the mop in the water and started to mop, didn't even squeeze the water from the mop. The smell of bleach was so strong and I had my 1 year old son with me. I see all these bad reviews and yet management hasn't done anything to fix the customer service. Not bad. It was clean inside, my burger tasted pretty good and I didn't have any high expectations. Fries are good too and the soda wasn't bland. Had a good kick to it. I think its a good place to get a burger once in awhile. read more

Kids and I went here last Sunday, food was great, but because it's inside Walmart, kindly messy.

I was really excited to know that a Rally's has opened up near Moreno Valley, being a Los Angeles native, I grew up loving their burgers and sandwiches. However, I must say that I was HUGELY disappointed. The customer service was far worse then any fast food chain restaurant I've EVER attended. Only 2 employees working, to serve about 10+ waiting customers. It was not the slow pace that disappointed, rather the gestures and lack of customer service the employees offered. Food was cold, the chicken filet was stale, burger was dry. I understand that the restaurant is inside Walmart, and that might attract certain market. But that is no justification for the lack of attention and care that a paying customer receives. Please Rallys, increase your staffing or hire staff of greater caliber. read more

The workers there are rude they have gossip conversations in front of you and ask if you're ready like you're interrupting their talk time. It's inside a Walmart so I got a drink while shopping. Went to go and get a refill and they refused. A 2.29 drink refused because I left to go shop. Plus their dining room is dirty I wouldn't eat in there if I didn't even plan on shopping read more

Good customer service, the owners seem to be creepy as hell just starring at workers and customers. The prices are okay i guess. the fries are legendary i just wish they would change their oil. I was really excited to come here, because I grew up eating Rally's as an occasional treat and have always loved it. I've lived in Southern California for almost 10 years now, and was so happy they put one in closer to me than Anaheim. First of all, I was really disappointed to get over here and realize it's in a Walmart (gross). That's my bad, though. I got here just after they opened, waited about 10 minutes for my food (even thinking yes, it will be FRESH!), and my burger was still cold and dried out. I don't even understand how that happened, since they presumably pulled it straight off the grill? I was literally their first customer. Oh well. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious as always... no complaints there. I might give them another chance as I come to the Super Target and pass through on my way to the desert quite a bit, but I don't shop at Walmart, so it's incredibly inconvenient for me to come here, especially since the burger disappointed. After shopping at Walmart, I decided to enter the fast food restaurant conveniently located inside Walmart. The woman working at the counter was very friendly and patient while I looked over the menu. Prices here are almost unbelievably low here and all the food on the menu appeared so tempting! The portions are decently sized too. I had 6 mozzarella sticks, a crispy mushroom burger (2 for $5, if I remember correctly), and a sweet tea. The mozzarella sticks delicious. Nothing crazy, but tasty nonetheless. My burger was a little too heavy in salt and oil for me. The sweet tea was really sweet, which is good because I like sweet. Our food took a while to come out, but the ladies working there were nice enough to offer us some complimentary apple pies for our wait. Overall, my meal left me feeling quite bloated, but I would probably eat here again if I wanted a low budget snack. Plus points for the friendly staff. read more

Staff was extremely rude with the exception of the guy who took my order. They frowned when I came to ask for ranch for the wings. The wings were rubbery. One of the off duty employees that was standing at the counter gossiping even asked what I was looking at. Worst place ever we will Never eat there again. read more

I went to Rallys to buy something sweet and there I discovered the best funnel cakes I have eaten in a long long time. The only problem was I wanted more powdered sugar but that was just me because I'm a sweet eater I love sweets. The service is great well at least the cashier that I had the pleasure of dealing with I only know her first name.. it is Stephanie. She is one of the most gracious and courteous and professional cashiers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very very long time if you go into the store just ask for Stephanie if she's there you will see what I'm talking about. Kudos to you Stephanie. I will for sure be returning one more thing. When you ask for a mixed drink of shake from her. She is the only one who outs in portions while others just put half and half. If I wanted a strawberry banana shake. I don't just want all banana at once. I want to taste both flavors, all the times I've been there she is the only cashier to offer it. So I give my rating for this store five stars. Places need more employees with positivity like that! read more

I was really hoping to be able to write a more positive review of this place but after visiting several times now I cannot do so. Every -- and I mean EVERY -- single time I've stopped-by after shopping at Walmart the food has taken an INCREDIBLY long time to arrive. On one visit the cashier also got the order wrong, which resulted in her charging me for a combo and leaving with an unwanted soda when I just ordered, and wanted, a sandwich. One thing that bothered me was when, after asking for a few extra dipping sauces for a large order of wings I'd paid for, the guy who'd prepared them actually began to momentarily argue (with me standing right there) with the cashier as she went to get a few extra sauce packets for me as I'd requested, claiming the wings already came with enough sauce. Are you kidding? A $30+ order and I can't get a couple of extra sauce packets? One positive thing is that they do have a $1.00 menu, so if you just need a not-too-filling snack it may be a convenient place to grab something to eat, BUT EXPECT TO WAIT for your order to arrive. No idea why they're food takes so long to arrive but if you're shopping at Walmart it is convenient location-wise. read more
