This is the second time this place has scammed me out of money. The manager or owner whoever it was told me there's a password on the card terminal that only he can access to re-process sales and that he "accidentally hit a button" that caused it. I call BS. If the owner tries to show a receipt with a tip added, then they forged it and I'll demand to see the CCTV footage of me signing that receipt. How does this keep happening to me? If you know your card terminal is doing this, and you didn't even argue when I mentioned being overcharged then why haven't you changed your terminal or processor in the 1 year and 3 months since it last happened? To set yourself apart from others in the burger industry, you can use a little fancier, spongy bun. Chocolate shakes were to DIE for!
