They have such a large variety of meals to choose from in the store in case you don't have time to order and choose your meals online. I highly recommend HFIT if you are looking for a meal prep company. The meals are not high in sodium they are fresh and taste delicious. So far every meal I have tried have been less then 500 calories and very filling. They also have Muffins, snacks and breakfast meals. One of the wraps basically turned to a mushy mess. Overall I'm happy with the variety and convenience of getting meals here for a fair price. If they were more than $10 each I'd probably hesitate a bit but for what you're paying I think it's a good value.

Worst of all, there was barely any chicken in the sandwich, far less than the overflowing sandwich in the online images when doing a pickup order. Super disappointed and unsatisfied. Cannot recommend this business anymore!
