I get it, everything is getting expensive so I understand the price increases. But did I really just pay $6.50 for a small vanilla soft serve cone? And this isn't even Carvel? We questioned it and they said that was it. Looked at the prices and it's $6.50 for a large but they still insisted the charged us the right price. Something doesn't seem right...just a few blocks away is Carvel and that's where you'll find us. I rather drive a little further to a different Ralph's before I come back here. Mudslide. I dream of Mudslide. Back when I lived on LI, I was right across the street from a Ralph's location. Dangerous. No wonder I couldn't lose weight. Mudslide was my go-to favorite cream ice flavor. But then I spied chocolate marshmallow and had to try it. Yum. So, I got a medium half mudslide and half chocolate marshmallow. It was a good day. I get the vanilla chip no sugar added ice. After I eat it I hit the bathroom and oh it feels soooo nice. The perfect spot to bring your shortie or boo. One girl was working there, charged my wife for the order then forgot to give her the order. When she finally gave her the to go order it was with the wrong ices and when we opened the carton upon returning home, Half was melted. Bad service and poor quality product. I have always been a fan of this Ralphs location until tonight. My sister and I went to Ralphs tonight, Tuesday June 20th, for the twister Tuesday special. When it was our turn to order, the worker informed us that there were no twister lids. Since we were there for the twister special, we said that was okay. We receive our ice cream and since there were no lids, I held both ice creams in my hands on the way home and unfortunately dropped one. It was completely untouched so I scooped it up and went back to ask for another one. We explained the situation to the worker and she said she would "have to charge us again". Then, she calls over another worker, we explain the situation and she says she will make it again. After making the ice cream she then tells us she will have to "charge us again" because they can't "give out free ices" since it was not "their fault". Frustrated, my sister and I just say fine, pay again and walk away. I will not be back to this location. Bad customer service. If there were lids, the ice cream would not have been dropped in the first place! read more

Owners are pedphiles and ripped me off whilst working for them. I was a highschool school student, innocent and naive. Dont go there. They fired me without warning, after i worked COUNTLESS last minute shifts for them. Ralph's has surprisingly good soft serve ice cream in addition to their tasty Italian Ices. The main reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that their parking lot is SO SMALL and ridiculously tight. The CAP center shares the parking lot and makes it even harder to find a spot on a show night. read more

They are a seasonal business so unfortunately you cannot get these ice creams all year round. I like ralph's but the last two times ive been here the ices don't taste....as good as they should. it may be because it just got to be warmer out but the ices kind of tasted.....well old-ish. They weren't BAD but they weren't as good as during mid summer. The location is convenient. The parking lot gets really busy during the summer. There soft serve has a really good texture!
