Hi Yelpers I can see a low rating in the amount of reviews for this location! Its a nice store, large selection. I go the deli sit down at one of their tables to eat, and no napkins anywhere!! Have any of you Yelpers went to any Deli, or any restaurant, in any country, and were not given any napkins?? Of course not, only at this poorly run Ralphs with Steve as their store Director. The tables are filfthy, on the ledges under the window you see cock roaches crawling! I called the Sore Director Steve I think it had fallen on deaf ears! Sill no napkins, If he doesn't care how the Delli is run, take out all of the tables, have no sit down customers, just make it a to go deli department, and sell food just to take home! Again I see poor yelp rating by percentage, maybe it is time for Corporate to come into to the store and have a look. I LOVE this Ralph's! Ever since they brought in this revamped double decker Ralph's the neighborhood just feels better. They were one of the first to sprout as the new and behold grand market on Ventura then the others followed and sprouted like WholeFoods and Pavilions. Anyways, loved how I got to walk in here and easily get my 1pound of large succulent shrimp and 1/2 a pound of mussels in their seafood section that was on sale! If you go to the pharmacy and they tell you that they'll let you know when your medication is ready and that you can wait at the chairs 10 feet in front of their window, don't believe it. You will have to just guess when it's ready and get up periodically to ask. Also, make sure to remind them to apply your insurance, I guess it's not common sense because some people prefer to pay double the price. read more

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy for a vaccination and was repeatedly asked my name and birthdate. Then I was repeatedly asked what vaccines I wanted. Please note I speak at a good volume and a standard American accent. Then I wait for the vaccine Finally things are ready! I am told, "James, hold out your arm." My name is Lawrence. I immediately refused the vaccines as I had lost confidence in the pharmacy. How much of a mix up was made? I am promised a call today from the manager. It did not arrive. Please note if I am not contacted tomorrow by noon PST, this message may soon find itself in a YELP review. Furthermore, I am consternated by the turn over you have in staff. Maybe pharmacists don't want to work there based on the negligence I saw yesterday. And the fact that Ralphs has recently taken over Rite Aid's business will not be accepted as an excuse. I thought I posted this review on my last trip to LA. I wish we had a market like Ralph's on Long Island! The new-ish Ralphs on Ventura Blvd and Beverly Glen is pretty nice and we'll merchandised. The staff is really friendly and well trained! The produce section rivals the neighborhood competition! Me and Mare went shopping for fruits and veggies We also bought some wine (which I love being able to buy at the grocery store) and popcorn I enjoyed the shopping experience more than anyplace in my hometown! read more

The best thing about this Ralph on Ventura Blvd is that they have their own underground parking. I wanted to get some soft serve ice cream across the street so I was able to go grocery shopping and get some dessert afterwards. The store was nicely organized and clean. The workers were very nice when I was picking out the fruits and also at check out. We were able to find everything we wanted. They did have a homeless person around inside the store, talking to themselves but a worker help walk them out since they were causing a disturbance. There also a Starbucks in this Ralph as well, the last time I came here the barista didn't seem like he wanted to be there. read more

It's been so nice since they revamped it a few years back. Fanciest Ralph's I've ever been to. Inflation has hit every industry, but especially the grocery business - so I can't really hold the recent price hike against this store personally (though Kroger's profits have been higher than expected this year, and they choose to pocket them and not to pass those savings into the customers) Plus they do car pickup, where they bring your groceries out to your car, which is a boon for anyone with young children or who take care of elderly or if someone can't afford the health risk of being in public. The team that does the car delivery are truly amazing. They're constantly moving/shopping throughout the store, juggling frozen/hot/food/produce for dozens of customers... and yet they almost never make a mistake (and if they do, they compensate you for it immediately). They're all so nice, and friendly, and have a really tough job, but make it completely painless for the customer. On the very rare occasion that they weren't able to get my order on time (like if somebody called in sick), they've called me to let me know they needed a little extra time and then called to let me know when my order was ready. read more

This is the best Ralph's in the valley. It's the biggest, newest, best selection, best parking lot, of all the Ralph's in the area. This Ralph's is quite large. They have a good selection of items to choose from, and unlike a lot of other locations they aren't often sold out of the item that you're looking for. They have a lot if registers at the front of the store, and the best part? The majority of them are usually open so there aren't extremely long wait times. The store is clean, and we'll stocked and we'll maintained. The only place that gets overly congested is the deli counter area, where there's always a line. The parking lot can be a little frustrating, but at least they have a parking lot, and it isn't plagued by the Uber/Lyft driver problem of the Coldwater Ralph's (at least not that I've noticed). The store also has a Starbucks inside so you can get your coffee before you shop. I drive farther than I have to just to go to this Ralph's. And if I am driving farther than I have to for a GROCERY STORE that should tell you something. This Ralph's all the way! read more

Wow. Where to start. Was given two prescriptions by my oncologist and the Ralph's pharmacist second guessed them by saying they could only fill one or the other but not both today since I should only need one. But I could come back tomorrow and get the second one if I wanted. First fail, we have a pharmacist 2nd guessing an oncologist. Second fail, she told me that I could come back tomorrow to get the other one. So this has nothing to do with patient safety. In fact it's the opposite of safety as we are at the height of the Covid pandemic and instead of being safely at home I will be coming back to the pharmacy for the medication they won't fill today for reasons only a Cheshire Cat would understand. I'm not a fan of Amazon but I think I need to look into their pharmacy offerings. This is more than ridiculous. Hey Ralph's pharmacy, how about you leave oncology to doctors who specialize in this and I won't go to my oncologist when I need toothpaste or deodorant. That way you each stay in your area of expertise. read more

Just visited this Ralph's location. There was a gentleman behind us in line who was not wearing a mask. I told the manager and she said" I can't do anything about it". It was appalling to me that they don't enforce the mask policy. Every other person was following the CDC ordinance. I will not be shopping at Ralph's again anytime soon. Horrible store practice of cart wheels locking up five feet from the store. Im a disabled woman who damaged my arthritic hands struggling with a cart just so I could sit down at the bus stop. My daughter had to be called during her work day to assist me. Many customers just stood around gaping but offered no assistance, thank God for the Uber driver my daughter called whom assisted me with my heavy bags. Pharmacy is easy and convenient. The only problem is that inexperienced pharmacists do not read the directions on a prescription. I should not have to explain that I am getting an early refill because the dosage changed and I am running out. I had to do this on two different occasions with the same young new pharmacist who was not reading the prescribed directions correctly. They no longer use Good Rx but use Singlecare. If you don't mention this, you will get no discount on your RX even if it is in the computer with your name and birthdate and you are registered for the discounted RX. Pharmacists seem to change more frequently than before and each time I go it seems there are new people there. Doesn't feel like a neighborhood friendly pharmacy when staff changes all the time. I have numerous medical needs and I need a pharmacy that understands my needs. I will continue with this Ralphs for a few months, but then I may decide to change if staffing still seems so incompetent and inexperienced. read more

Hands down my favorite Ralph's to go get my groceries at. Literally 1 min. walk down from my place which is just so damn convenient! This isn't the only reason I prefer this location, but the workers (esp. over at the deli section) are super friendly. Everything is always organized and set up nicely. Never really encountered anything dirty or off putting either. Maybe the only thing I noticed is the salad bar doesn't seem fresh - but I don't think anyone really ever gets anything there. The parking garage is super convenient too being on a busy intersection - just beware during peak hours it becomes a mad house to park in. read more

This store is almost always out of staple items. They have been out of the 35-pack pallets of Crystal Geyser water for a long time now. They are usually out of stock on advertised sale items. The check-out lines are long, and the employees are usually rude. The produce goes bad quickly, and I have found items on the shelves which are past their sell by date. The employees at the self check-out are especially rude to me on every occasion without exception. An annoying side note: I innocently asked a check-out clerk if I could buy a roll of quarters when I made my purchase, since the Wells Fargo next door has been closed for months now, and she very nastily replied that they haven't given out change for two years due to the national coin shortage. Yet, a friend of mine gets quarters there regularly, even when he doesn't make a purchase. I sent him the next day after I was refused change, and he came back with a roll of quarters for me. In conclusion, this store cannot be recommended, especially when there are so many alternatives: Pavilions, Gelsons, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market, etc. read more

Always a line never more than 3 registers open. Since I have to stand here and waist my time I might as well use it to write my complain. I started going somewhere else to save time.
