There is typically only 1 or 2 employees handling the entire space and since the drinks are all crafted, between waiting to get your order taken and then waiting for the drinks to arrive, you're looking at 15 to 20 minutes. Reservation was at 4 and you had to place your order at the time of making your reservation days ahead. We didnt get our meals until 445. While the menu and presentation were amazing, the taste was not there. Lobster was very overcooked and lacked flavor in the seasoning, prime rib cut was impressive at 16oz but was cooked perfect and thankfully was served with some type of horseradish cream. The potatoes were stated as being a mashed potatoe type but we're not a mash in my opinion at all. It was a half super chunky scoop with the sour cream and butter kind of hidden in the middle.

I like to think of myself as a cioppino snob as it is one of my favorite meals and I've had it at restaurants all over the world. I must say Carson's recipe is superb.
