Stopped in last night to check it out. They have a pool table which is cool and for a Saturday night it wasn't too busy. Sat at the bar. The bartender was really nice and she gave us the rundown of their beer on tap and some new options they had in as well. My bf and I ordered the fish and chips for $10. Great portion for the price. Fish was nice and crispy and fries were good. They have TVs and a projector so you can easily watch the game wherever you're seated. This review is for take-out from Flespy's. We wanted to get some hot wings and this place had a number of options. The wings are 6 for $12 or 12 for $19. A decent price and the wings were decent. Flespy's Bar and Grill in Grants Pass is always my go-to spot whenever I'm in town. The atmosphere is great, the vibe is welcoming, and it's consistently a fun place to hang out. I do wish they stayed open past midnight, but even with the earlier closing time, the experience is always worth it. The bar manager, Ashley does an outstanding job--she's consistent, straightforward, and incredibly friendly. She serves quickly, keeps everything running smoothly, and isn't afraid to be honest with customers. Pros...The first night we came to town was awesome the bartender was so nice and welcoming the food is home cooked made you feel at home vibes! Cons...the second night coming in we were told they were closed with a full bar still being served in front of us. The bartender literally yelled ay us not to come inside. My friends and I feel discriminated on because she served another patron at the bar in front of us as she was screaming they were closed. It is so dangerous here. I went here a couple months ago. To celebrate me getting married And my husband was getting harassed by 2 men. Anyways, I was trying to stop a fight. It took me to raise my voice in the skinny a** blond Bartender, who claims to be the manager? I called and complained about. She told me she did everything correct, but it took me to raise my voice. The guys were being creeps because when I was at the bathroom just waiting outside for my friend. His friend in the red sweatshirt was creeping me the hell out. And I told her over the phone I should have you know asked for an angel Sean, she said. No, you shouldn't even said that. You should have just said this person's making me uncomfortable. What she doesn't realize is. An angel shot is a code word for I need help. That is a number one rule . We learned that in school. These people that my husband was trying to protect me from 2 and his sister this bar. Makes me feel so uncomfortable. I had a seizure in this bar. A year ago I do not recommend this bar. It is very dangerous here. The bartender rather take the dangerous person's side. In fact, the bartender low-key told my husband look. People are going to stare at your wife and your girlfriend. Get the f*** Uber it and grow app, and then she started gossiping about it to other customers. The next day I guess my husband felt the need to apologize to her But I asked him about it and he said that he didn't apologize to her . When I called her about it on the phone, so clearly the bartender lied. So until that bartender gets fired, I'm not going back there. It does not feel safe for me. Or other woman to go there . Even I Was guilted to apologize to her I do not recommend this place after what I heard from other people. How dangerous this bar is I told people what have happened and they told me that similar things have happened to them at this bar. Ok the bar is not a tweaker hole anymore ! Yes that is great! But the food is just frozen Shit they throw in the fryer including there burgers! This is so sad because the thing that could bring this "just another bar" some business would be maybe some food that was better that frozen crap you throw in a fryer!
