I had planned on skipping the meal because I have celiac disease and was worried about transmission of substances I couldn't eat. However I asked to speak to one of the men who'd set it up. He told me to avoid the naan and sesame chicken but that everything else was gluten free. His confidence assured me and so I was able to try the meal. The food could have used a little more spice but was delicious. There were huge chunks of paneer which I appreciated. I am so glad that the staff was knowledgeable about their menu.
