The pao de queijo, also amazing, just reminded me that Brazilians have the best ideas when it comes to bread! I did not order a sweet, but they had some very appealing brigadeiros and passion fruit mousse. They have a small seating area inside and out front, on the sidewalk. The inside seating area is filled with products from Brazil, showing that Araras, like its name suggests, is coffee AND more. There are a variety of products, like snacks and cooking staples, as well as skin care products and some small kitchen necessities (like stove-top coffee makers), reminding me of the importance of places like Araras for Brazilians living in the community who want to feel a slice of home.

They serve wine as well and stay open relatively late--seems like a great place to hang with a drink and nosh. I would say the larger bites are less successful--sandwiches are incredibly chintzy, mostly bread or roll, with very little meat inside, at least for the chicken salad. They had samples of drinks they made on the counter. They have an array of baked goods from local bakers. They also have a vast coffee menu that is posted on their wall. They have a few tables inside, where you can sit and relax while you have a drink and snack. The drinks are amazing and the baked goods are freshly stocked weekly. I ordered a matcha latte, blueberry muffin, and egg bites. The matcha latte was awful. Based on reviews I read, a few mention how good it is, but mine pretty much tasted like a hot milk drink, barely any matcha. I am a matcha connoisseur and have had very very good matcha, and I am pretty picky. If this is you at all, then I suggest to skip. It's just not good. I ended up tossing it The egg bites- they were $11, and they were Kirkland Signature brand. Wish I didn't see that. They were fine, but $11 is pretty much robbery.
