When I opened the box, the swivel base was completely rusted. It is unusable as is. I contact IPS twice with photos asking them to make it right. They have never responded. So now I have a $90 chunk of rusted metal. WORTHLESS and terrible customer service!

Waited about 15 minutes before "Carlos" took my receipt to retrieve my metal. I was standing there before several other customers arrived with their receipts. They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.

Let me just tell you, this is the best customer service I have experienced from any manufacturing / service based company in my lifetime. I mean it, I went through 30 different companies trying to source the proper materials in Los Angeles, find the manufacturer to design and build out my desired equipment / product. They were all difficult to deal with and hard to communicate with. I am very fortunate and happy to have been suggested Tinco Sheet Metal. Other sheet metal companies literally hung up on me while I was trying to communicate my needs and specifications. Avanti asked me to come in with drawings and designs. We sat down, I was offered free water. The office was super dog friendly. Avanti proceeded to ask me a number of questions while designing the 3d rendering / model on the design software they use. Avanti was very thorough and made sure that no detail was spared. I was unsure as to what gauge and type of steel I should use for my invention / product and Avanti was very patient with me, making suggestions and taking the project on as if it was his own. Avanti sourced all of the needed materials, and even has gone out of his way to source a 4ft by 4ft piece of sheet metal from their scrap pile / other sheet metal stores to save me the expense and waste of buying a full sheet. I was actually given Avanti's personal cell number, and over a two to three day period, Avanti was responsive to messages, questions, and calls in order to arrive at the final design, size, kind of material, and gauge of thickness. Medsco / Tinco Sheet metal went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were fulfilled. They were responsive, engaged, personable, and motivated to make my project come to life. Avanti and Medsco / Tinco Sheet Metal performed above my expectations, communicating cost, time requirements, labor, and total cost very clearly. I changed the design of my product and materials needed 4 times I believe before settling on the final design, and Avanti was patient and cooperative throughout the entire process. Would definitely work with them again for all my needs, and strongly suggest you do the same. Save yourself the time, energy, wasted money, and hassle by going with Tinco / Medsco.
