Then they send a guy to get it but he said he couldn't remove it because my car was in the way. I had a supervisor drive to my house to see the postion of the car and they ended up coming back a week later. I asked for the district manager to call me but no dice. This place was charging $6.26 for the lowest level octane. $6.29 (my tank was about empty) X 13 gallon tank = $81.77 At that price - "no change for $100, or can't break that" goes out the window. Just suggest that I spend the entire hundred. I even asked to buy a Red Bull. If you don't have that much change - fine. Just upsell, use your mouth, and say, "Buy such and such to round it out." We were told we would get the rv back the following week. They ended up taking a week and a half. Then we were told they could install electronic locks on the drawers in our motorhome. They were unable to do this and instead installed magnets to prevent the drawers from rolling out when the vehicle is in motion. Next we we're told that there would be extra charges for the extra time it took to repair the drawers. But at that time we were not told that they were unable to install the electronic locks. They told us later that there was a problem with getting the locks they wanted with the manufacturer. When we went to pick up the vehicle that is when we found out that they had just put in the magnets and not the electronic locks. When I opened one of the drawers the latch just fell off. So we had to leave it there another day. When I asked why we were still paying the price quoted for electronic locks they said it was because of all the extra time it took them to try and install the electronic locks and then take them back out again. The explanation was pretty vague. It seems to me that if they are saying that they will install something and then are not able to that that should be on them. It also begs the question of competence. Why are they saying can do something and then not able to. We ended up leaving the payment as it was, but we will not be using this place again.

I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!
