    CHICKEN RAMEN
    Corey N.

Excellent experience. Mu first time at this location and possibly the chain. Very nice interior that makes one ready for the meal. Love that they had a delicious chicken ramen. Not everywhere does or it's chicken in a pork ready bowl. The edamame was hair and quick to arrive. Which there was a garlic option but very happy with what was provided. The patio seating is also very nice. A lot of shame as it is on the west side of this corner building so gets the late afternoon-evening sun. The lush vines keep the sun out. Nice patio lightning above make it a lively evening meal. Parking lot is okay for size. At the corner of two main streets, entering this Town & Country shopping area is not difficult.

Located near Trader Joe's, this Ramen 101 is a good takeout or dine-in option for ramen or Hawaiian plate lunches and appetizers. Ordering off the overhead signs is easy as you enter, and if you're dining in, they will bring your food out to your table. The indoor dining area had lacquered wooden tables with 3 TVs showing different shows, and there is a nice outdoor patio too. Our kaki fry (fried oysters) was excellent with a crunchy batter encasing tender oysters and accompanied by a slightly spicy mayo dipping sauce. The pork belly (labeled as char siu) bowl was pretty good, especially when adding a side of two scoops of the with Mac tuna salad. The chicken-BBQ beef plate included tender marinated chicken, along with sliced beef that came out a little dry but with good Hawaiian style flavor. The rice portions were on the smaller side and a bit gummy. The Mac tuna salad was excellent. Didn't get to try the ramen but would definitely be happy to come back to try it along with other menu options.

Excellent customer service, clean, and organized dinning, food was ready in timely manner.

A fast casual restaurant with a nice combination of Ramen, Asian dishes, and Hawaiian food. I had the black garlic Ramen and added mushrooms - it had depth of flavor and was delicious. And the portion was quite hearty. I also had the fried squid legs which were crunchy and delicious. A few were a bit undercooked, but I can overlook that given the fact that it was toward the end of the shift on a Sunday night. Recommend this place.

Visiting from out of town and this restaurant was near my job. Excellent selection of ramen and appetizers. I ordered chicken ramen with medium spicy broth. Excellent temperature of the broth and it was not spicy at all. Customer service was excellent. Restaurant clean. Located in Town and Country Village shopping village.

Asked for sauce on the side for a DoorDash order and they gave me nothing but "marinated" beef and said they don't put it on the side unless it noted on DoorDash. How am I supposed to know that when the option says "sauce on the side"? Wouldn't help make up for it or anything when I drove up there to get the sauce myself, just blamed DoorDash and said "we'll update it".

The staff are super friendly. The menu is easy to order on. It is really clean great atmosphere with the TVs and the music not loud but enough you can hear it. The staff are working 24 seven while you're there making sure you have everything making sure it's clean making sure everyone's getting their food. They have a great amount of drinks. Options in the food was so good hot and ready and flavorful and very fresh getting to do a box with easy and the garlic on my garlic. Ramen was amazing. Definitely will be back.

The ambience always is very nice. I love coming here. You always get greeted as soon as you come in so the staff is very nice. Definitely love the service. It's a nice quiet location and this is hands-down. The best Ramen I have had I always get the Tonkutsu ramen with medium spice, spam Subi is delicious and the chicken karaage he's always nice and crunchy and they gave you plenty as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Not your average cup of noodles ramen. The broth was splendid. Don't get me started with the beef it was just melting in my mouth. Very nice and friendly workers. Definitely found my new ramen spot.

Came in right when they opened so there wasn't a line and food came out fast. The interior decor is very nice, but I was focused in the food! Walk in and order your food up front. They deliver to your table when done. I was so excited to try the black garlic ramen which was loaded with black garlic (not just black garlic oil like other ramen places). The chicken karaage was really yummy but wish they provided more sauce. There was ample food to take leftovers home. I actually ate my ramen leftovers at work for lunch (sorry not sorry to my coworkers for the overbearing yet delicious smell of garlic I'm the breakroom! Lol

Not sure if they take reservations, but we arrived around 30 minutes after opening. A short wait for the table to be ready for the big group. Parked at DOCO East and was an easy walk. They don't validate parking though. To share we tried some of their crispy brussels sprouts (mint, cashew, chili caramel) and pickle plate (kimchi, veggies). This visit I got the Mushroom Paitan ramen which had: rich cashew cream, pork belly chashu, half ajitama, shimeji mushrooms, negi onions. The seasoned egg was good, though I wish you got more than just one half of it as default. The broth was rich and the pork was great. The noodles were thin but firm I also tried their Kodaiko Palmer drink (nonalcoholic), which had earl grey and another Japanese tea profile. The other special mocktail was a sparkling/spiced cranberry lemonade. If you're not into pork they have chicken ramens and soupless styles too. If you're not into noodles they also have salads, donburi rice bowls and sandos. It was a bit loud of an environment (music) to hear each other, but then again we were at a long table/large group. Service was wonderful.

I got the black ramen garlic which came with the usual toppings: roasted pork chashu , corn, green onions, bean sprouts, soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and actual fried garlic. I will 100/100 always order this ramen. Very flavorful broth. My husband got the chicken ramen, which I tasted, and it too had a flavorful broth. You choose your spicy level. I got medium which was basically mild. The portion and price make this a great deal for a quick dinner in Midtown. I love the late hours and the speed of which our food came out. We ordered the geso (fried squid) and the veggie tempura. I do not recommend the tempura. The batter was thick like carnival onion rings. They need to use panko for breading. The geso was ok, and served with an aioli sauce. Stick with the ramen. No need to waste stomach space on their appetizers. The right half of the restaurant is for Ramen 101, and the other side is for Orchid Thai. You order at the counter and get a number, find a seat.
