First time visiting Fulton Pho in the Arden Arcade area. It was a rainy day so wanted to get some pho. Nice location though not much parking spots. The place was packed even at 3pm thus the reason for lack of parking spots. Not really a big place but inside is clean with plenty of tables and bar counter. Took a spot at the bar. Ordered a small chicken pho, egg rolls and an Ube coffee latte. The 3 pcs of egg rolls were very delicious and the chicken pho was very good! The broth was very tasty and very little MSG. Don't like reaching for water constantly due to lots of MSG. The Ube coffee latte was very good as well! The staff provided very good service and were very nice and courteous. Will be back again.
I happened to be near the Arden area and was looking for some soup for the rainy whether that's been happening recently and stumbled upon Fulton Pho. My immediate reaction to seeing a beef rib was that I HAD to try it so I ordered it along with some egg rolls and fish balls. As the service felt very homey and comforting I felt as if the Pho broth was sort of lacking in flavor as well as the meats. I found myself needing to use sriracha & hoisin sauce for some flavor. The egg rolls and fishballs were really nice with the sweet & sour sauce. Other than that I really enjoyed my first time experience here!
I've been to this restaurant once and have been dreaming of going back! My friend brought me here after trying it a few times and I'm so glad she introduced me to a new spot I can go back to. There's tons of options to choose from. The fulton house pho is so incredible, the broth is rich without tasting greasy, the meat is tender and filling, and the portion is huge. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and parking is easy.
4.5 Stars to Fulton Pho! This spot is still super yummy, with the egg rolls still being as delicious as they were 1 year ago. The pho portions are still excellent with lots of meat to noodles to broth. Ordered all the same items as before, except I got brisket & flank instead of meatballs. We also got a side of chicken wings. 4.5 instead of 5 stars this time as I felt the broth didn't have the same depth as before. Still my preferred local pho spot!
My husband and I went on a Saturday night and the place was not busy. Very chill and relax vibes. The service was amazIng. There was only one waitress working as the host, waitress, bus boy and cashier. She let us sit anywhere. She did everything and was super friendly and attentive. Although she was the only one w9rking, she kept our waters fills and bought us extra napkins without we having to ask. I ordered the house pho and I can honestly say it's the best pho I had in the Arden area. The broth was clear, flavorful and light. The meat was well seasoned, soft and perfectly cook. The meat was literally falling off the bone. This is now my to go pho place in Arden area.
I always preface Vietnamese food reviews with "credibility." I travel all over the US and international. I've visited Vietnam several times. I love the food. I love the culture. This place is Pho-King awesome. I ordered the Dac Biet Pho, Smoked Brisket Banh Mi and Cafe Su Da. The broth in the Pho was delicious, nice a rich aromatics, collagen floating around on top. I added a small amount of lime and chili oil to my liking. 10/10 for me. Pho doesn't get much more authentic than this stateside. Smoked brisket Banh mi was tasty, I can understand why people like it. I prefer the traditional Dac Biet, but I wanted to try something different. I enjoyed it, 9/10. Cafe Su Da was flavorful and strong. The owner is very nice lady, I spoke with her and shared my appreciation for the food. Very humble and has a great business. Some pho spots can appear dirty, not this place. The dining area was spotless, the kitchen was clean and free of clutter. Go get some Pho-king awesome Pho in Fulton! I hope this review was helpful
In a nutshell; decent pho place, ok amount of food items to choose from. Isnt the most outstanding local pho place ive tried but still a welcome experience to try out. Was seated easily, server was nice and food didnt take too long get to our table. The establishment is rather simple and nothing too flashy. Theres a good amount of parking out and shouldn't be too much of An issue even in busy times. Overall I wouldn't mind trying the place out again If im in the area.

Funky cool homey. hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant with Pho and Banh Mi. My search for good Banh Mi toward Arden might be over! The restaurant is fun with a graffiti covered wall and clean of Spartan tables and chairs. Try your favorite Pho and it'll be good to great! I had the smoke brisket pho and it was great. Came back for a Banh Mi and it didn't disappoint. Five stars.
Husband and I both got the house pho. The broth was pretty good. However, the rice noodles weren't as soft. It came in a small size bowl compared to most pho restaurants that I've been too but the portion was a lot. We both couldn't finish it lol. I think next time we'll just share. The ribs were pretty tender but there's no flavor on the meat. Ribs were plain. Great service though. I love the signature wall. Thought it was cool. We also ordered the combo banh mi to go. The sandwich was okay.
Great pho that's also approved by my traditional viet grandma and aunties you can tell the ingredients are fresh, prepared daily and served in generous portions. I got the Pho 1 with everything in it and the banh mi thit heo nuong, highly recommend both! Plenty of parking and fast service.
Sometimes you just want a simple and good bowl of pho. Fulton Pho came through in the clutch for some hearty pho. Smaller restaurant but has plenty of seating for small groups. The pho came out piping hot. P4 is a custom pho where you can choose up to 4 proteins. The broth was clean but a little salty at the end. Great portions! They have 5 different TVs playing different things. Service was good. Small parking lot. Prices are reasonable.
I wish I had known about this place sooner! A great hole in the wall off of Fulton Ave. I ordered the honeydew melon milk tea and the large custom pho with ribeye, flank, fatty brisket, and well done brisket. The honeydew melon milk tea was so good that I actually said "oh wow" out loud. The pho broth was delicious and not fatty at all. It was extremely hot so my noodles got a little bit chewy since I had to wait for everything to cool down so I could eat, but I didn't mind at all. The waitstaff was very friendly and checked in on me a few times while eating. It was really nice to sit and eat by myself while soothing music played on the restaurant speakers. I will definitely be visiting again to try some of their other menu items.

This is a very cute place in the Arden/Carmichael area. The lady who helped us was so sweet and kind. My girls and I came here on a Thursday evening (5/14/2026) around 6:30 PM and were seated right away. She immediately offered and brought over a high chair for my one-year-old and remained highly attentive to us throughout our meal. We ordered a large Fulton pho and the chicken wings for an appetizer, along with waters and a Coke. One thing I absolutely loved about her attentiveness was that she anticipated our needs. She realized the Coke was for my daughter, so instead of bringing it in a regular glass, she proactively put it in a to-go cup with a lid without me even having to ask. It's a small detail, but having that kind of common sense makes such a huge difference. As moms, we sometimes forget to ask for those little things, so when staff members "understand the assignment" and deliver, it makes life so much easier. The atmosphere was very peaceful. They had relaxing spa music playing while sports games were on the TV, creating a quiet, comfortable environment where you could easily hold a conversation. I also loved the drawings and notes on the wall; it gave the space a lovely, bubbly personality and was fun to look at. Customer Service: 10/10 Food Review: * Fulton Pho: It was okay. While the broth and portion size were good, I wished it had a bit more depth of flavor. I also wish they offered fish sauce on the side, as I think that would have elevated the taste. I've noticed that not many pho places offer fish sauce automatically anymore--perhaps due to rising costs. Rate: 6/10 * Chicken Wings: I loved how fresh these were! They came out hot and perfectly crispy. However, I wish there was more flavor in the batter; it tasted like they were just dipped in a plain batter and fried. Adding a bit more seasoning or salt would make a big difference, since they were just typical plain fried wings. Rate: 5/10 Overall Experience: We had a really good experience here. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed with all the warming spices in the air. I ordered to go, but they were very fast to process my order and get everything packed up perfectly. They gave me the soup and noodles separately which. I love!! I ordered the pork bahn mi and it was worth way more than the $8 price tag!!! Crunchy baguette, super fresh veggies, perfectly cooked pork. The pho broth has a bit of a kick, but I wouldn't call it spicy. Very good. Loved everything. Pretty affordable. read more

Okaaaaaaaay. This is a random find after getting my car serviced at Audi and wanted a yummy warm treat. Saw on yelp that there is a pho place near by and oooooooh yah. This is one of the best broth hands down. Got the oxtail pho and it was delish! Service is quick, folks are nice. Small place but straight to the point yummy good eats! Place is clean and the menu is simple. I love how it's focused and they really perfected their craft. I cannot wait to come back. read more

Our usual pho spot was closed today so we decided to try somewhere new and I'm so glad we did. It's a small restaurant with about 9-10 tables. I ordered p.1 and it had all my favorite meats! Not to mention a huge beef rib with tender meat that practically falls off the bone! Super juicy. The broth was rich In flavor I couldn't stop drinking it! Usually I add some hoisin sauce to pho broth but I didn't have to at this place. Flavor was 10/10!!! Staff were very attentive to our beverages getting low. The only thing I wish the menu had was spring rolls. Can't wait to come back! read more

You know, if you had told me ahead of my recent Sacramento adventures that I'd end up discovering my new favorite pho joint up here, I'm not sure I would've believed you. Not to say that I thought it was impossible, I just would've thought it'd be more likely to happen in a place like SF or San Jose, in particular. Shows how little I knew about the relatively robust Vietnamese food scene around here! What's more, it's not even in the Little Saigon area either! As I pulled up to Fulton Pho, I really wasn't sure what to expect. All of their awesome Yelp reviews gave me confidence, but I'd be lying if I said the main reasons why I came here weren't my hunger, their proximity to where I was, and my perpetual craving for pho, even in 103 degree weather. While I very much appreciated how easy it was to park even in their small lot, the wealth of seating inside, and, of course, their strong A/C, the menu is what excited me most. It's not super extensive I've seen (apps, banh mi, and about a dozen noodle soup offerings, including pho, bo kho, and pho ga), but I still had to convince myself to stick with just my bowl of noodles (for the most part...). -- FULTON HOUSE PHO - Beef Rib, Ribeye, Well Done Brisket, Flank, Fatty Brisket, Tendon, Meatball...$16.95 This was fantastic! Not only did this have so many types of meat in it, but all of them tasted great. The rib was beefy and tender (meat fell right off), the ribeye and brisket were delicious, and the broth was super flavorful. Plus, this still had enough noodles to balance out the meats. YUM. -- SMOKED BRISKET...$5.95 Got this more to try and bring home than to add to my pho, but it sure was tempting to devour it at once. Each slice was so, so good - the pieces nearly melted in my mouth and I love how garlicky and well seasoned they were. If I could get a whole plate of this, I absolutely would! Along with the food, the other thing about Fulton Pho that I loved was how friendly the service was. The server who helped me was super nice, warmly greeted everyone who walked in, and came by often to refill my water and to see if I needed anything. Even though I've only tried their combination pho and signature smoked brisket, I can safely say that Fulton Pho easily ranks among my favorite pho joints anywhere, if not at the very top of the list. Despite how far they are from SF, the more impetuous side of me wouldn't be opposed to making the drive up here just to try more of the menu, especially their beef stew. Of course, that would mean not getting their combination pho again, which would be more than a little difficult to pass up.. Ugh...if only Fulton Pho was closer, I'd be here all of the time! read more

I got the pho and customized it with 4 meat choices and they weren't skimpy on the proteins! Noodles were cooked perfectly for me. The broth was on the clearer side but I can still faintly taste the spices. They provide bean sprouts on the side with thai basil and lime. It's not the most flavorful bowl I have had, but I added condiments and tailored it to my liking. Overall it's a solid bowl of pho. The eggrolls were meh but nicely fried. The service was good. I didn't have to wait too long. It's not a big establishment, and it appears to be family run. There's not many pho places in the area, so I would return if I'm in the area. read more

This is a cute little pho spot in the Arden Arcade area! The interior of the pho place is a little small and run down looking but the writing on the walls they had from customers was cute and made it feel a little more personable. I noticed there wasn't any air conditioning or fan so it was a little warm which is always tough for me when eating pho/soup. It's not too big inside but there's enough seating for a few parties. I ordered their house special pho named after themselves, and overall, it was pretty good. The quality of the pho was good, plenty of noodles, toppings, and meat. Quality of the meat is good too! The rib was the winner for me, so tender and falls apart beautifully when eating. My only thing was the broth was a little more bland than I had expected. It tasted a little more water down, just like it was missing that "oomph"/punch you expect from a hearty bowl of pho. There's not a ton of good pho places in the Arden area though so it's good enough for me to come back to but not my number one choice in Sacramento. Our server was a younger gentleman who was very nice but kept making a lot of jokes when serving us. It was fine at first but it got pretty excessive as we continue to get our food and we really just wanted to enjoy our meal as a family without interruptions. He was super nice though and I can see he wasn't acting with any malice or bad intentions so I decided to just not say anything about it. Overall the spot is cute and the pho quality is pretty good. New pho place that opened in the area. Located in a strip mall, the clean and quiet ambience hosts some authentic Vietnamese pho. There are two sizes that you can order, I would suggest just getting the large. I ordered the small and surprisingly I could've eaten more. Maybe that speaks more to my love of eating pho rather than the size of the portions lol. I will definitely be back to try some of their other food options! read more
Okayyyyyyy Fulton Pho... show off!!!!!! I am so impressed!!!! My guy friend who was visiting sac from Houston recommended this place to me. Tell me how he knows what's up? But don't even live here! First off- located off Fulton Ave near all the car dealers and Arden mall. My gf and I walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. We were brought water right away. We both got the number 1 Fulton Pho. When I say this has to be the best Pho I've ever had in sac.. I'm not kidding. SO MUCH MEAT!!!!! The broth was like to die for!!!! I also got this tie tea boba drink. 10/10 except I realized I don't like boba. That's not a them problem! My friend got 2 vegetarian and 2 shrimp egg-rolls which she said were amazing! Can't wait for another cloudy day... hopefully winter to come back and INDULGE! read more

Hold the pho-ne... Yummy pho, scrumptious banh mi, delectable boba AND OPEN MONDAYS?! I had to try it to believe it. Their menu is perfect and I just want more space in my stomach. It's casual inside with lots of bright sunshine and table seating for 4. Multiple tvs around so my kid was entertained. Our server was pleasant and took great care of us. I think the most notable thing was the bread. Weird flex but hear me out, it tasted so fresh! Like duc hoang without the commute iykyk. read more
4 stars because the pho broth is actually just *that* delicious and the portions are enormous (perfect for hungry Americans) which also includes plentiful meat. My family loves it. My sweet tooth also enjoyed how super sweet the honeydew milk tea is (but that's a personal preference). As for everything else, I'm disappointed in the variety of menu options and the service was subpar. I understand that we visited on a holiday (MLK JR. Day) so they were extremely busy, but yet seemed short staffed -- tables were packed and not cleaned up quickly enough so customers were often standing at the door waiting for tables to be cleaned. The wait is worthwhile since the pho broth and noodles tasted amazing but I don't like the portioning (I do not like to bring home leftover pho and the restaurant only offers "small" or "large" which from glancing at other tables, is still too much for my appetite). I also do not like that they dumped so much [green] onions into the pho, which also includes the Kid Size pho, so keep that in mind if you have a little one that does not like onions. I ordered the Kid Size Meatball Pho (Pho Bo Vien) because I know I would be unable to finish their regular portions -- The first thing the server said to me was "How old are you?" My instinctive reaction mentally was to take offense because that came off as rude but I decided to assume he was joking and just replied that I do not like the larger portions of pho. He tried to lighten the mood by stating they're almost considered 5 stars, as a way to incentivize me to order something else on the menu, perhaps? (They are averaging 4.8 star reviews on Google). Well, we also ordered the egg rolls (that was all my husband wanted to try) and he told us they were out of egg rolls.. Okay.. but then later when we spoke in Vietnamese to one of the other employees, she said they did have some and she'll make some for us. The egg rolls were light and nicely crisp but I would not consider these egg rolls, more like spring rolls because of the cabbage filling and minimal or lack of meat whereas egg rolls tend to be on the heavier side and filled with ingredients like mung bean thread, mushrooms, ground pork, etc. so I didn't like them at all because I hate cabbage and do not order spring rolls yet the menu didn't list it as such. 3 "egg rolls" for about $8 is not my cup of tea. The dipping sauce was good though; tastes like a sweet and sour. I have not tried their banh mi sandwiches and neither am I interested so you'll have to peruse the other reviews for this opinion. The general consensus enjoys this restaurant enough to have the reviews that they do (they were sold out about 1-2 hours before closing when I visited). I live about a 10 minute drive from here but I'll only be returning for family lunches/dinners. I like the drink options but the limited options for appetizers and large portions+overload of onions in the pho deters me visiting again. The broth is amazing but not enough for me to "crave" that I can't get from homemade pho or my regular go-to pho location. I love pho but when I go out to eat, that's not the only thing I want so when other restaurants offer more quality drink + appetizer options, there's not much reason for me personally to come back to a restaurant that only specializes in pho and everything else feels Americanized. (For further context, I was born and raised for a few years in Southern Vietnam). But if you're looking for good Pho, this would be a decent option to add to your list of Pho restaurants to try out. read more

You walk in your greeted right away. The places clean and it smells clean it looks clean. It smells clean you're greeted and your order is taken right away. The staff is so nice and so friendly. I got a small me and my son my nine year-old and he said wow this is huge portions are amazing. It's fresh not one brown spot. Anything I ordered I got chicken pho and eggrolls were hot super fresh and super packed and filling. The Thai teas were amazing.
