I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The food I received was much spicier than usual, and when I mentioned it to my server, they explained that there was a new cook that day and apologized. Since the dish was too spicy for me to eat, I returned it and decided to order a simple bowl of broth instead to avoid any further issues. However, when the bill came, I was still charged for the meal I had returned. My server was very apologetic and went to speak with the manager about the situation. Unfortunately, I could hear the manager yelling at the server, making a big scene. Despite this, my server handled the situation professionally and removed the charge from my bill, even telling me he would take care of it personally. To show my appreciation for his effort, I tipped the server double the cost of the meal. This experience left a bad impression, and I decided not to return. On three separate occasions, I've witnessed the manager yelling at and belittling the staff in front of customers. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. No matter how good the food might be, the toxic environment created by the management is enough to keep me away for good. read more

Food is always good Service ester i think was her name was unsettling to me she asked my friend for his ID then proceeded to ask us his birthday which she just had his ID in hand it seemed like she didnt even know how to check an ID. She watched us the entire time we were there its almost like we couldn't make a joke because she kept asking what was funny (which isnt any of her business) she then says my order is complicated when all they have to do is miss a couple extra steps and it wasnt like she was cooking the food either. Great Ramen!! I definitely recommend you try the lemon cilantro chicken ramen. It has so much flavor and you really cant be the price for the portion it comes in. The kids grabbed the konotsu black i think that's how you spell it lol. They loved it. Great staff as well. So you place the order and run in and grab the food. they have hand sanitizer by the door so you don't need to worry. The place looked very well kept. Cant wait for all this covid business to be done with so we can sit down and eat. read more

The service was 5 star service for sure. We just aren't a huge fan of the food. I had the curry and and the vegetable choice reminded me of a frozen vegetable pack from the frozen food section. The chicken katsu cutlet was the best. The crust was slightly sweet and very good. 3 of us got ramen and everyone said it lacked flavor. Its very tasty the sauce counteracts the deep fried breading perfectly. With the sweetness of the katsu sauce makes it perfect. I ordered it with fried rice instead of regular and I'm not much of a rice person. But I would order it again for sure. It's loaded with carrots, corn, peas, and green beans.
