The food was great! My sister gets the all you can eat! I like to pick a favorite roll and veggie tempura. It's always busy here. I wish I could have given them all the stars but they take so long to give you service. We waited 30mins just to get the bill. Although they are very very friendly it's hard to get consistent attention for extra napkins and placing more all you can eat orders in.

I've been coming to this location for 7 years. The service used to be a lot better. Also, they didn't used to charge for sauces but now they do. The food still remains delicious. Amazing Roll "Miguel's Style" and Stuffed Jalapeños is my favorite.

I'm going to just leave this here and you decide if it worth it. Gave me ponzu n not eel sauce

Both were 10 out of 10. Service was great. I came on a Friday around 4pm. Solo date away from the kids lol. I enjoyed myself.

Came here for CSU SB orient day before cuz I saw it had "good reviews" ..Service was good , ordered the crunch roll w/ scream cheese , spider roll, n dragon. Seems like waitress didn't get the part when I said crunch w/ cream cheese added. However I request to the guy who brought it out and he corrected it, I apologized for the confusion I guess. He was very polite about it and didn't seem to mind to make to correct which was good and made me happy. Avoid spider too skimp on portion proteins, too much rice and filler all straight cut. It was the worst spider roll I had on my life. And I try every sushi spot I come across almost. The soft shell crab was about paper thin as a shrimps crunchy tail without the meat. Crunch was not that crunchy , but taste wise Dragon and crunch were decent but Don't get the buffet $ 37 USD.. and you will get over charged if you don't finish one roll.. I wish the worker explained the buffet rules system on not finishing food result to being charge fines . Extremely hard to get money worth when they skimp with rice..Ambience is more like a fast food joint than a sushi spot but food was okay. It looks like the inside of a Subway that was remodeled slightly for this restaurant. Not horrible taste wise it's just edible somewhat depends on the what you order, I've had worse but please avoid the buffet unless you plan to eat till u feel sick on OVERLOADED rice and paper thin proteins such as soft shell situation explained. I had a good time until they mentioned they would charge me for the left over when there was about one half roll left , she mentioned it was about charged for half a roll. Then my parents flipped out about being over charged. I reccomend just doing A-La-Carte to avoid their drama rules about unfinished buffet leftovers..This place is mid at best honestly, but it's not bad for a spot around here in the middle of nowhere like San Bernardino.

Sushi Miguel's is located in Colton. There is limited parking spots to the east and west of the building. This spot gets extremely busy so be prepared for a wait during peak times. Inside you'll find all low top tables/booths and a small bar top section. We have been coming for years because we discovered being able to order our sushi "Miguel's style" (adds pickled onion, chili oil and spicy ponzu sauce). It creates a fusion food that is full of flavor and really gives it that California flair ! Service is always friendly but can be a bit slow due to how busy it gets so try to get your order in all at once each time (food, refills, napkins, anything extra needed). If you're asking for something new every time the waitress comes you'll delay your service.

It just so happened 2 people recommended this place to be over the weekend. So I stopped by to grab dinner quickly. Had the Miguels Amazon Roll and it was delicious! It has a spicy twist with the chilli oil. I also wanted a fresh roll with albacore so we also ordered the Jalapeño roll it was so delicious and spicy. The service was quick and welcoming. This place seems to be popular based on how busy it was close to closing time. I'm looking forward to going back and trying other things!

There was only one staff member present, and unfortunately, the experience did not start with a warm welcome. She simply handed the menu to me and told me to sit wherever I wanted, rather than greeting us properly and showing us to a table or placing the menu on the table. While this may seem like a small detail, first impressions matter and unfortunately, this initial interaction set the tone for the rest of the experience. We chose 'Build your own Ramen' where every item is itemized and priced. I had the Tonkotsu broth with Pork Chashu which - 4/10; some part of noodles still clumpy, broth is decent and not that great, chashu piece is the only good thing, comes in thick chunky cut. While my husband got Kazi which is the dry noodles - 5/10, taste is quite garlicky however it's quite spicy for 'just right' spicy level. One thing I noticed during my visit was that the waitress appeared somewhat disengaged from her work. She had a TV show playing nearby and seemed to spend a noticeable amount of time watching it rather than attending to customers. Unfortunately, the overall level of attentiveness and hospitality did not meet my expectations. The atmosphere initially seemed appealing, with the painted wall décor giving the space a cool and distinctive look. However, the music coming through the speakers was not particularly enjoyable, as the sound system seemed disproportionate to the size of the room.

He was funny, but more importantly he was so kind to my daughter when she had a special request. Not only was the food delicious, but the service from Yutana was fantastic. The waitress service was okay, a bit on the slow side considering there wasn't a lot of people at the time. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The noodles are made fresh in-house, and you can really tell from the texture -- they had a great chew and held up well in the broth. The tonkotsu broth was rich and flavorful without feeling overly heavy or greasy. The chashu was tender and well-seasoned, and the soft-boiled egg and wood ear mushrooms rounded everything out nicely. I added a little chili paste for extra heat, and it worked perfectly. The Spicy Garlic Edamame was much better than I expected for a side dish. The edamame was cooked just right, still firm and plump, and coated in a flavorful garlic sauce with a nice kick. We also ordered the Gyoza, which had a beautifully crispy bottom and juicy filling inside. Simple but very well executed. The Pork Rice Bowl was huge and easily shareable. The sweet and savory sauce paired really well with the rice, making it a great comfort-food option alongside the ramen. Kaz Ramen used to be our favorite, but ever since they went 24 hours, the quality and flavor just hasn't been the same. Ramen Koko in Highland is still pretty good, although I think the presentation and service could use some work. Sosogu Ramen in Redlands is another solid spot. After trying all of them, Ramen Jo's tonkotsu broth stands above the rest. It's rich, creamy, deeply flavorful, and the kind of broth you don't want to leave behind. So why only 4 stars instead of 5? The protein was the only thing holding this place back. The chashu and other beef in our bowls were overcooked and chewy. Instead of being tender and practically melting in your mouth, they took a bit of work to eat. If they can improve the quality of their protein, this would easily be a 5-star ramen spot. We'll definitely be back because that tonkotsu broth alone is worth the visit, and we're hoping the protein is better next time.
