The chow mein was soggy and tasted old. I noticed they keep large amounts sitting in crockpots ready to be served, which may explain the texture. While waiting for the refund, I noticed a large water bug crawling on the counter near the food preparation area. When I pointed it out, it was brushed off as if nothing was there. I even offered to move a flower pot outside to prevent bugs from getting onto the counter, but it was simply placed near the sink instead.
