We love finding small business like this place. We ordered a small lunch and enjoyed anything we tried. Quick service. Very clean

I ordered the Tori-Tonkotsu spicy Ramen which is a mix of chicken and pork broth. I normally would do chicken broth only but my friend told me to try it. Leaving it a 4 star review because it was delicious but I felt it had a lot of oil in the broth from the pork. Next time I'll just stick to my go to which is chicken.

Well the charming little village of Ardsley just got even better! The beautiful little Ramen spot just opened and it's great! Location is great right in the center of town with plenty of parking (convenient to All of Ardsley, Dobbs, Yonkers, Greenburgh, Hastings and more )the inside is beautiful with customized hand pained artwork / Branding on the walls..A cute little Japanese market inside with gifts, candy, Ramen, and other traditional Japanese treats. The staff was fantastic and took the time to explain the menu in great detail to my wife and I ( as we are new to "authentic" Ramen ) I got the pork miso broth and my wife got the Spicy Chicken and we shared some dumplings..the food was absolutely Delicious!!!!!! So fresh and packed with amazing flavor. Lucky for me my Dr.'s office is in Ardsley so I'll be coming in many more times to try everything else on the menu. I met a young man that I take for the owner (by how hard he was working and professional he was ) He could not have been nicer. The restaurant got very busy and everyone was really seeming to enjoy their lunch very much..( I guess when you and your wife are the only non Japanese in a packed Ramen spot, that's a wonderful testimony towards the authenticity and quality of the food ). I have never been to it's Sister spot in Scarsdale but I have heard good things and now I officially get the "hype". In closing, I know I am new to Ramen ( Don't think the Top Raman bricks count ), but I do very much understand flavors, freshness, quality, and passion and this place has it all. If you find yourself in the lower Hudson Valley I highly recommend you stop in for a fantastic meal prepared by wonderful people....Enjoy!!! OSU!

Ramen is spot on! Space is really tight and parking is limited. They even offer a (very) small Japanese market with groceries.

Food good and my young grandkids loved their lunches there this summer. Prices for kiddy merchandise very expensive.

In fact, if they were open now I might grab some breakfast. They are located outside of the main downtown in the plaza with Greenway. That's a good thing as downtown can be a logistical nightmare to park and grab a quick bite. Menya has a small, comfortable seating area. The menu is simple with a few delicious broth bases and a wider variety of noodle, protein or veggie ingredients. Service is quick and friendly, and you'll wonder how you got that bowl full of goodness in your tummy so quickly!

For lunch, I tried the shoyu ramen with a soft boiled egg and side of spicy oil. The broth was light and flavorful. The chashu was very tender and seared nicely. The shoyu came with straight noodles instead of wavy, but it was still good. The bowl had menma, as well as red and green onions. I enjoyed the bowl so much, we went back for dinner the same day. For dinner, I tried the shio ramen, which was basically the same thing, but with a sea salt tare instead of soy sauce. I also got wavy noodles this time and I definitely prefer the wavy noodles. Once again, it came with red and green onion, which i think is a bit overpowering. I would get just green onion next time. The family/couple sets seem to be a great deal. I would definitely return.

Kaylee was helpful, a great listener, and kind throughout our whole experience there. She is the absolute best! I made my own vegan ramen and it was sooooo yummy! The noodles and the broth were fantastic. I love that I can choose a variety of mushrooms to eat with my broth. My friend loved his protein bowl that was a great price of $8 for sooo much food. The chicken was crunchy and flavorful. Cooked to perfection. Their sauces are also really good. The matcha bubble tea is made with authentic matcha and it was so yummmy. Definitely recommend for people who want to eat a variety of flavorful food on a nice day with their loved ones or significant other or just alone. It's a vibe for everyone.

The tuna roll with crispies had barely any tuna in it. The crispy parts were like a bit of rice crispies sprinkled on top. Eel avocado roll was better but overall a lot of rice and not much filling. While my own experience wasn't as good as could be, I still encourage everyone to give it a try and share yours!
