Ramen Nagomi's well known in New Brunswick, but seeing one in Quaker Bridge Mall was a nice surprise for me. Typically, mall food is pretty terrible, but this place defies all the stereotypes. This isn't a ramen express type of place. All the ingredients were super fresh. The interior looks a bit bigger in photos, but it's pretty compact. Decent number of tables and located at a fairly convenient wing of the mall. There were two vegetarian ramen options. I went with the Vegetarian Spicy Miso Ramen. The spice level was impeccable. Plenty of veggies and noodles too. Additionally, just like the best ramen places, the food arrived very quickly. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with really good food here. You can honestly finish within 30-35 mins and are paying only a slight bit more than the food court. Can't really go wrong here. read more

My kid loves their ramen. This place is affordable, especially when you have little kids who just want to eat ramen and rice. I get the spicy chicken and rice bowl, always very crunchy. Came in and was spooked that we were the only diners there for about 15 minutes. For a spot like Ramen Nagomi and how popular they are, I thought we were going to be waiting for a table! We've been to Ramen Nagomi in New Brunswick numerous times and loved them so we came here after an event in the area. It's in the mall below the food court next to a Dunkin Donut. The food and the service were as good as NB. It's a plus that they didn't simplify the menu. The place was very clean too. Glad they keep up the quality and standards. Stopped by Ramen Nagomi recently while shopping in the Princeton area! The location here in Quakerbridge didn't seem to have long waits like their Freehold location likely due to it being in the mall. My wife and I kept it simple here and just had a bowl of ramen each. Both were delicious and food came out very quickly. You can even see the cooks working on all the orders. I had the truffle butter ramen and it was nice to be able to add a little richness to it. The menu is fairly simple and straightforward and while I wouldn't call the prices for ramen cheap, they're not the most expensive in the area so it's reasonable enough. The staff was friendly but not the most attentive. However, I guess that's what you get with mall servers. Ordered the Shio Ramen here. Broth is pretty good. Very thin style of noodles (don't know if they have different thicknesses or not). Wasn't a big fan of the chicken that it came with, which was a bit rubbery and firm. I think the pork belly would definitely be the way to go if you have the option. Overall, it was a good and enjoyable ramen. Not the best that I've had but good enough that it's probably the best overall choice in the area now that Ramen Stop has closed. read more

I'm so happy I don't need to drive into New Brunswick to get gourmet delicious ramen. This is a branch of the highly rated NB location. Let me say I've been anticipating this for so long! We already have good options in the area (Terrakawa) but this place is the ultimate. We ordered the takoyaki, chicken karagge, kakuni don, burnt garlic ramen and truffle butter ramen. When I say don't come here on a diet, I mean it. Everything is rich and flavorful. Quality and fresh. It's artisanal/elevated ramen - which sounds pretentious but it's really not. We came on a Sunday lunch. It's close to the entrance (by the old Lord and Taylor). Not too many people - which I hope is a fluke because I totally want this place to be successful. I could see this place in Princeton... but that has wayyyy less parking than here. Super clean inside and modern aesthetic. Just as great as the original location but close. Great value for the type of food you're getting. Come on over! read more

We got the tonkotsu ramen and crab ramen. Both were pretty good. We used to go to the New Brunswick location so we're happy it opened closer inside the Quakerbridge mall. However I felt like the soup was more flavorful at the new Brunswick location. I like how they have high chairs for kids here so it's convenient to take kids there. read more

New ramen nagomi spot in Quaker Bridge! I was so pumped because I love the New Brunswick location. The dish that I tried was just like how it is in the other location and my friends liked their dishes too. We ordered different types of ramen and the karaage don. Additionally, they only split the check three ways, which is totally fine. But I think they misunderstood us and ended up splitting our check directly in two instead of splitting by dishes ordered which posed an issue because we ordered things priced differently. I think that's fine if it's not possible to do, but a heads up would have been nice before we started paying the wrong amounts. The ambiance of the place is not as great though, given that it is in the middle of a shopping mall. Although it's a formal restaurant, it feels more like the vibe of a fast casual place because of its location and decor. Definitely prefer the environment of the other location. Still great though and would come back if I go to the mall. read more

Excellent ramen place - this is a must try! Great food all around and really nice service. Perfect ambiance with the space being inside the mall. Got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was alright. The broth was a little too salty. Would recommend asking for less salt. Flavor wise the broth was standard but could have been more creamy and rich. Toppings were good. I paid around $21 after tax and tip for one bowl. read more

I love the Ramen Nagomi chain!! I've been to the ones in Freehold, New Brunswick, recently the one in Quaker Bridge Mall. The ramen is delicious and I might even call Ramen Nagomi my favorite spot for ramen. I've been to other ramen spots and none of them beat Ramen Nagomi for me. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and always check on tables to make sure the food is good. I once ordered the tonkotsu ramen without the seaweed, the kitchen forgot to take it off, I took it off myself and the server came over and noticed and was very apologetic about it, asked if I had a seaweed allergy, and offered me a new one if I did but I don't have an allergy to it, I just don't like it, but I thought that attention to detail was amazing. All of the Ramen Nagomi joints that are open right now are amazing and definitely worth a visit :) read more
