Service: server was nice. One thing that I was not used to was not getting a glass of water to start with. The server did ask if we wanted anything to drink and other than the bubble tea, we didnt order any other drink thinking we would all get a glass of water regardless. That was not the case...I don't think people in the other tables got water either. Seems like you would need to order a drink including water in this place. I love the fact that I was able to have chicken katsu as the protein because that really helped me get both my sushi and katsu cravings out the way. My husband had the spicy salmon bowl and he said it was delicious! My sister had the spicy salmon and chicken wings. We decided to give this place a try after driving by. Daughter saw that it was a sushi burrito place and wanted to try it. We were the first customers and were immediately seated after arriving. Came here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and didn't have any issues with seating or crowds. I ordered the spicy tuna poke and a shrimp tempura roll. Items came out very quick! I thought everything was a bit too sweet as both items were flooded with eel sauce (and spicy mayo for the poke). I will say there was a good amount of toppings in the poke, but again they can definitely afford to tone down on the sauce as you barely get any of the spicy tuna taste on its own. Too much breading on shrimp, no sauce, no anything but a lot of tempura. The gyozas( pork) were excellent and worthy of ordering by the dozen. The curry rice dish was very good too, a kind of comfort food feel with tender marinated chicken and lots of potatoes and carrots, I'd try this or the breaded version again. I recently found this place maybe a month or so ago and I already have ordered from them many times! The food is delicious and I highly recommend their sushi. I am boring with sushi and get the spicy tuna roll every time. But I have tried spicy tuna rolls from sooo many different restaurants and this one is definitely my favorite in the area (that I can doordash!). The tuna is very fresh and delicious. It's always consistent too. My son had the spicy tuna wrapped with soy paper and he ate the whole thing and normally he is very picky. My fiance had the make your own poke bowl with chicken, shrimp, carrots, edamame and sauce (he won't eat raw fish) and he loved it and he is very picky, as well. I mostly order DoorDash delivery but one time I picked up and the interior is very nice and clean. It's on the small side as it's in a strip mall but I would definitely eat there sometime. There were many people eating there when I went so it's definitely a popular place! The service was very good as well. The prices are reasonable. I ordered a make my own sushi burrito, a braised diced pork with noodle, and a curry ramen. Food taste and quality is not bad, but I feel like the portion is a bit small. The braised diced pork with noodle is actually very oily at the bottom. So towards the end, you would feel like you're just eating oil, very greasy. They provide take out and eat in. There are about 10 tables. You order, pay and they bring to your table. We had poke bowls. They give you a piece of paper to make your choices for what you want in your bowl. It's easy. I liked that you could get rice or lettuce as your base. Fresh vegetables and tasty salmon. I stopped in, looked around at the nearly empty restaurant and wasn't too sure if I was going to get something awesome or horrific. However, I was really hungry and there weren't many alternatives, so I put in an order for their salon poke bowl and upped for the best. Turns out their food is really good! The salmon was fresh and buttery and all of the salad accouterments were on point. My only criticism was that there wasn't nearly enough salmon in the bowl in relation to the veg, but the flavors were really good and I left totally satisfied. Four stars from me. My wife went out with her sister in law after work to this place and like the good wife I'm so blessed to have, she brought me back something. She brought me back the Curry Ramen. I wish she hadn't. At first glance the curry looked like an Indian curry (coconut milk based) Hmmm. But it tasted like water. Not flavorful at all. It was the worst "curry" I ever had. I tried to add curry powder to the dish so I could possibly enjoy it but that didn't help. With Ramen, the sauce is what makes the dish. If the sauce is nasty then plain ramen is not good. I ordered from Seamless, so some of this may be on them but...probably not. Order tonkatsu ramen and some gyoza. What arrived was truly one of the least appetizing displays of all time (I will add a pic). The egg looked soggy and overcooked (and only half of it, for that matter), the fish cake tiny, and the noodles overcooked and crammed into their container so that they were just a large mass by the time i received them. Gyoza - flavorless. Soup itself - ice cold and not like any tonkatsu broth I've ever had before. Salty and watery rather than creamy. Very strange. Pork itself was good, though would have been better if it weren't a little burnt. Add to all of that: seamless gives you a place to say you don't need cutlery. I did not check that box as I'm at my office and certainly don't have chopsticks/soup spoons. Restaurant opted to send neither, so I got to try to eat overcooked ramen noodles with a fork and try to sip the broth from their to-go bowl. Serving size was generous for something I didn't really want to eat. Insult to injury: I asked that they text on arrival so I could pick up the food from the door of my office. They left the food but didn't bother. Thanks a bunch. Awful lunch. With 6 ramen shops in the area that will deliver to me, I seem to have picked poorly. read more

We have a winner! Finally, a Poke establishment in the Princeton area; this one also happens to serve Ramen. The great part is that they offer plenty of raw as well as cooked options to complete your Poke craving. My fiancé prefers fresh fish, whereas I'm not able to eat raw fish, so am always looking for a cooked option. Many times, we find one or the other. Soya Ramen and Sushi Burrito offers both with a selection of fresh tuna and salmon (along with the spicy versions), as well as poached shrimp, shrimp tempura, chicken and tofu. In the vast abyss that is Route 1 in Princeton there is this tiny glimmer of hope and light, that a small sushi/ramen restaurant can survive and feed us fresh handmade goodies. If you are not a fan of fish, look at me and take notes . The ramen, rather immaculate and the chicken curry, oh my... don't get me started, I have dreams about waking up to the curry elixir dripping onto my lips as I'm parched in the desert of white foods, looking into the sun which beams down on a desolate land. Food is amazing, sushi is amazing, but I warn you.........the fish nachos are only for a select breed that have experience in that realm. As for a white boy who has been learning to expand his palate, the fish nachos took me out- they didn't necessarily taste bad but I couldn't get past the texture. Look, I'm sure they are really good to some people and I don't doubt it this place is amazing, but it's one of those things that you either hate or love and honestly I didn't get a chance to love or hate because I couldn't swallow it.
