I'm not crazy about ordering at a counter and then finding a seat at a table. We were, however, pleased to see multiple choices of broth including a vegan option and a couple of vegetable options. I got the spicy miso with pork & the potstickers. The pork and potstickers were the most flavorful things I got! Didn't care for the spicy miso itself, the noodles and everything in it was bland except the pork. Most ramen places give one piece of pork but I got 4 pieces! There was very little spice to the spicy miso. The Coke & Dr.Pepper flavor was off on their soda machine. Overall food was ok-ish, wouldn't come back though. read more

Okay service was good they were nice and friendly however I am so sorry saying this food was decent is an understatement. This restaurant is close to me, and I tend to go for lunch about every other week. I think the pork ramen tastes good. Well, today I ordered my normal half order of ramen. As I've done this here so many times before, I put my credit card in the machine before I heard her say the price for the full order. I reminded her I ordered the half order. She said "Oops," but then said something to the effect of "I'm giving you the full order." That didn't make sense to me, so I repeated that I wanted the half order. She said again I'm getting the full order, but she could put in extra veggies to make up for the mistake. I once again said I only want the half order, and that's what I should pay for. She hemmed and hawed, then asked why don't I just take an appetizer to make up for it. Now, the appetizer doesn't cost as much as the difference in ramen prices, but finally, I just said OK, and at her suggestion, I got the gyoza. I got my ramen first. It wasn't the full order that I was forced to pay for. There were two pieces of the pork, which makes it a half order, and there wasn't much broth. Then the gyoza came. They were obviously frozen, and the centers were cold. I asked if they could heat them up better. They came back a few minutes later, and while the centers were hot, they were pretty bad, even for packaged frozen gyoza. I ate one and left the rest. As I was leaving, the guy said he'd see me next time, and when I told him this wasn't a good experience, he gave me a sheepish apology, but that's all. read more

I hate to give a bad review to a sister restaurant of Sushi O Sushi, one of my favorite sushi places. But the prices were way too high, the broth lacked flavor, the chicken was dried out and stringy and the egg was cold. At least the dumplings were good. read more

Colorado Springs has very few places that do ramen right and this is one of them! Firstly, the establishment is in a cute shopping center and the inside of the store is very clean. Secondly, the menu allows you to customize your ramen which i do by asking for no bean sprouts and extra chashu. Additionally This place offers a great deal where you can make your ramen a "half ramen or "half Raman and half broth" to make it a smaller and cheaper serving for those who can't eat an entire bowl of ramen! Moved back from the Far East not too long ago and was looking for some Ramen nearby and I happened to come across this strip mall ramen joint. Don't judge a book by its cover. There was a small plastic temporary sign outside hanging over the door and I thought to myself... oh god what am I getting myself into. However, I was delightfully surprised by the Ramen. The broth is spot on and for the originals out there, order the Chashu "pork" ramen. It is a bit pricey for the area, but I will come back every once a while when I need to get that ramen fix. If you are looking for an expanded Americanized menu... this isn't your place. Honestly they keep to the basics which is perfect! Oh and fun fact they opened up two weeks ago. read more

Crappy o' crappy. Have wanted to try this place for a couple months and decided last night was the night. My wife and I both ordered the house ramen with tonokatsu base and the pork for protein. Total was over $40 which I thought was extremely high. We moved here from hawaii and would usually get two ramens for around $25-30. And hawaii is considered expensive. I noticed there was hardly any food for our $40 price tag. The broth was flavorless, the egg is brown and hardboiled instead of medium or soft boiled. Thank god I had some Asian chili at the house to give it some life. Do yourself a huge favor, don't waste your time and your money. Go somewhere else. read more

If you're looking for quick ramen. You are better off making it at home than go to this place. The broth of the ramen lacked a lot of flavor, it's very over priced we had 3 ramens for $60, the ramen was warm , and the egg was cold. The only good thing about the ramen was the Charsu pork it was actually flavorful. The service was quick and the customer service was nice, but h would not recommend this place to anyone for over priced ramen that lacked flavor. 2 stars is for the flavor of the ramen. read more

The food was good and felt better than eating a grease loaded burger and fries. Ramen O Ramen is the place to go if you want to relax and enjoy a good tasting bowl of noodles (with or without a protein) and broth. The staff are very helpful and kind. I should have read the reviews before we went. So disappointing and a waste of money. We could have eaten at a much higher quality place for the same price. Perhaps if it was less expensive, I wouldn't be as harsh, but the bill for one half ramen and 2 regular with appetizers was over $60. My half size order was basically the same size as the full orders, so why pay that additional price. They put the wrong broth in my order and my sons. Luckily my broth wasn't too bad but it was luke warm at best. My son did not get the broth he ordered and not sure what he got, but it was barely edible. We ordered Spring Rolls but got egg rolls and one was basically still frozen. So disappointing places like this exist and serve sub par food at high prices. read more

We love their sister restaurant and have eaten at Ramen O Ramen a few times. The ramen is pretty tasty but their soup bases are all quite bland tasting. IMO this is why this place isn't taking off. They could leave soy sauce and siracha at the tables so those who want to add some don't have to ask for it. Staff are very nice. read more
