Don't get me wrong I was really excited to eat this ramen. The building was clean and seemed like a hole in the wall the service was incredible. But little did we know there was one SERIOUS problem. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen and it tasted VERY reminiscent of purina one DOG food. My dog started physically shaking the second i opened the lid at my dining room table because the chicken smelled so much like his dinner. It was so overcooked it was almost cremated. I know undercooked chicken is a serious health risk but this might be even a bigger health risk. It was really a bummer because everything else was really good but when i'm paying $50 for purina one I'm going to be extremely disappointed. From excited to disappointed!

Awesome place. Our daughter comes here often and brought us during our visit to see her. Great service, super friendly and great ramen. Even had vegetarian options for one in our party!

22$ for a spicy miso ramen.... They put barely any broth in the bowl and the pork was cold... not worth the money at all...

Colorado Springs has very few places that do ramen right and this is one of them! Firstly, the establishment is in a cute shopping center and the inside of the store is very clean. Secondly, the menu allows you to customize your ramen which i do by asking for no bean sprouts and extra chashu. Additionally This place offers a great deal where you can make your ramen a "half ramen or "half Raman and half broth" to make it a smaller and cheaper serving for those who can't eat an entire bowl of ramen! The staff is very kind and accommodating and the food delicious. I've been here twice and plan on coming back soon with friends and family!

The crew was awesome and it's always cool to me to see how hands-on every single person on the staff is. I was super hungry so I ordered the Niçoise salad which was perfect. Shuga's is avant-garde dining, with a menu of all different kind of items that somehow still co-exist without sacrificing flavor, but still shows love to that menu item's traditional style. I was obsessed with the eclectic vibe both inside and on their patio. The weather was beautiful so we took advantage of the outdoor seating. The menu featured some delicious and unique items. I opted for the bruschetta & soup combo. The coconut shrimp soup was my absolutely fave! So so good! The bruschetta were hit or miss for me, I liked the goat cheese with grape but the salmon I wish had more flavor. Overall we enjoyed the meal & some great lattes too! An awesome spot to start the morning at.

The Kimchi Jjigae is phenomenal--deeply flavorful with just the right amount of sour and spice. It's bold, comforting, and tastes like it's been simmering with intention. The kimchi pancake is perfectly crispy and insanely delicious, and the tteokbokki brings the heat with a spicy, addictive sauce that keeps you going back for "just one more bite." Don't skip the house-made cinnamon-ginger tea--it packs a warm, delicious punch and is the perfect way to round out the meal. And the banchan? Never-ending, always rotating, and every single one is different, delicious, and dangerously addictive. The service is just as great as the food--friendly staff, attentive without hovering, and clearly on top of things. The restaurant is busy (always a great sign), but we didn't wait for a table at all and were seated immediately. The ambiance ties everything together: warm, lively, and comforting without feeling chaotic. It's the kind of place where the energy makes the food taste even better, whether you're there for a casual meal or a full-on comfort-food fix.
