    Beef Taco
    Brandon P.

The shredded beef taco was a little too greasy for my liking but still had really good flavor. The green and red mixed burrito was delicious. The meats were tender. The beans had nice flavor as well. I did like the overall balance of flavor that came from the green chile. I wish there was a little more heat in the sauces. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt very welcoming when I walked i! Great burrito! *** average food **** above average food. ***** Unique and delicious food. Make the drive.

Very good. Love the red chili beef and cheese enchilada and salsa. My husband really liked the red burrito. If in the area I would come again.

$15 for a green chili burrito? No sides, just tortilla and a couple scoops of green chili. The flavor was good, but it's way overpriced. If you want it enchilada style with green sauce, it's pushing $20 with tax......for a burrito. I asked for a sample of the green sauce to see if it was worth mortgaging my house for and the girl told me no. Pretty poor customer service, especially because she could have possibly sold me the $6 green sauce had it blown my mind.

Another successful Ritos visit. I got my regular bean tostada and the cheese enchilada with beans/rice combo. No complaints, no issues, just a lovely meal.

Green Chili Burrito Enchilada Style and a Beef Taco

The green chili burrito enchilada style green and red was really good. The meat was super tasty and the sauce full of flavor. I really enjoyed the taco too. The meat was great and the shell nice and crunchy. We got a side of the guacamole and chips. Guacamole was good and the chips were very good. It is a bit on the expensive side for Mexican food, but the food was good so not overly concerned with the price.

CALL IN ORDER: (15 mins total wait time) We needed a quick lunch so we decided on this place based on yelp reviews. Located in a tiny strip mall near a churches chicken you can't really see this place from the street. We ordered a total of five tacos, three chicken and two shredded beef. We also got a side of rice and beans. The tacos have the shredded chicken with peppers and onions and the tacos were all hardshell. We enjoyed the tacos and agree that it tasted authentic. Shredded beef was a bit greasy but it was still good tasting. We also had an order of chips and salsa. The salsa was a bit watery but the taste was still there and it had some kick. The chips were the real home made chips. It would have been nice if it was a part of the meal seeing as how this place was a tad expensive in our opinion. (Average $5 per taco)We had to order the rice and beans à la carte because they do not have combo plates here. Would likely returnreturn when in town!

Let's start with that I chose this place based on their photos on their website. This location looks NOTHING like it. We were told those photos are of the downtown location even though it says Surprise in the photos. It is also super expensive for a service counter place. It cost more for three adults there than a nice Pho place for four adults. My food was ok but I think the oil had burnt because my food didn't taste quite right.

green chili burrito that should never have been a burrito

extremely overpriced for what you get. just under $70 for two small burritos, two enchilada plates, a taco a le carte, and two drinks. the taco was good. the beans were runny. we got one green chili burrito and one red chili burrito. one bite of both, and a liquid soup burst out the bottom of the "burrito" . never in my life have I had soup for a burrito, that you end up eating with a fork. very very disappointing. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE they are misleading. we are trying so hard to find good Mexican food, and this place falls short. horrible price, and food. I feel ripped off.

Everything is made fresh to order, including the chips and guacamole, and you can taste it 100%. The owner/chef greeted us upon entering and suggested a few starters. Even the chips were amazing, mixed with the guacamole and a little bit of lime. Ooooo The the real starts of the show came - the tacos. Now I've had a million tacos in my life and let me tell you, these are THE TRUTH! The chicken was my fav, followed by the pastor and asada. You can tell the freshness as it took about 8-10 minutes to get them to our table. So much flavor, heat, and juiciness. I wish I lived near here so I could come back often - prices are also great! As far as service, the staff was fantastic and the owner Edson is a character who truly cares about the quality of his food and the vibe of his restaurant. No negatives here - will definitely be back. Thank you!

The tequila list with Fortaleza and the like gave me a lot of hope as well. Alas, it was not to be. Not a hint of spice in anything, from the salsa to the various meals we had. You can tell the quality of the ingredients was good, but the *flavor* was just not there. This began with the salsa, which looked promising but had zero taste. My group had three entrees - beer battered fish tacos, the 3 taco combo (cochinita pibil, quesabirria, and a taco de tinga), and the mixed grill. I also had the La Sandia cocktail, which took forever and tasted... unfortunate. It had an odd salty note and a weirdly thick consistency that reminded me of PediaLyte. Not the best beginning. The overall theme for the meals was the same - everything was acceptable but boring, especially in the flavor we were hoping for. The term we came up with was "inoffensive" - no spice to speak of in anything, despite the items being seasoned and not bland. The mixed grill is huge and the grilled cheese included is a fun addition, and the ingredients in the tacos tasted high-quality (lots of raves about the tortillas) but there was no kick to anything. Perhaps we needed to adjust expectations, but when I come to a Mexican place - even a chain - I expect a little more, you know? Service was very slow during an admittedly slow time of day and it took a long time to receive anything besides chips, but everything was fresh when it arrived. Portion sizes were perfectly acceptable for the price. Our visit was not memorable and I don't expect to be back, but we were glad to give it a try.
