I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. The furnace continued to leak for two weeks afterwards, eventually from both sides. Steve was informed the furnace was still leaking. Despite being made aware the furnace was still leaking, he did not contact the homeowner directly to follow-up and address the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Smart Move HVAC. I would expect an HVAC professional to properly address the source of a leak, and if the problem continues after service that was paid for, communicate directly with the homeowner to make efforts to resolve it or refund the payment.
