He walked us through the problem areas that he found from his inspection. Ray provided us with a quote and explained their process using microwave and/or chemical treatments for each area. He was extremely polite and there was no pressure to sign up for the treatment We were impressed with Hi Tech's approach and competitive quote and made an appointment to have the local treatment. No tent, no bagging anything, no moving to a hotel for a few days! Frank arrived on time on the day the house was treated. Frank was friendly and professional and respectful of our home. He wore outer shoe coverings to protect the floor. Frank went up in our attic and spayed a solution to prevent termites and then followed up with the microwave treatment in part of the house, patio area and the garage . Small holes made to inject chemical treatment were filled in. After Frank was done, he provided us with the invoice and explained that we have a three year warranty against termites!
