I loved how many gluten free and vegan options there were - eating here felt completely stress free while traveling, which is rare for me. For dinner I got the GF buffalo cauliflower starter (has a vegan option) and it was so good. The spice level was perfect and it was made really well. I had cider on draft and it was really good, plus there was a gluten free beer option which was such a nice surprise. They also had a lot of local items on the menu. Service was a bit slow, but overall the experience was still really enjoyable. I really wish more places like this existed because it makes eating gluten free and vegan on a trip so much easier and way less stressful. read more

Just an adorable restaurant collocated with a bicycle shop on the main street of tony Woodstock. We came over in early November, barely two months after its opening. The owner and management were inside talking to customers at the entrance. The ambiance is chill, friendly and with good music. About a third of the tables were full, with a full bar against a wall in the middle of the room. Great beer selection that included some great local brews. We tried their crispy wraps which reminded me of the old days when Chimichangas were menu staples in a now gone chain.... Our server was nice and she told us her favorite dishes ands I took her recommendations and it was superb. A welcome addition to Woodstock. We used to stop at an iconic coffeehouse and restaurant on the town center but it's got so busy recently that the 30-minute wait isn't worth it. Especially when we're on our way to Killington or Okemo. We may have just found a fav place. read more

Stopped in for lunch after visiting Woodstock. Open concept with outdoor seating. We had a crunch wrap which was large enough to share. The outside had crunch browned cheese which was a great addition! Service was awesome and the outside seating was full. We would go back if we are ever in the area. read more

We stopped in for dinner because of its walking distance to our hotel. Ranch Camp is relatively new so we thought crowds would be reduced compared to other options in the area. Luckily that was the case. We were able to get seats at the bar with no wait. The menu has something for everyone. My husband ordered a burger and I had a crunch wrap with chicken. The crunch wrap is their attempt at the popular Taco Bell item just with better quality ingredients. The food was really good. The service was friendly and the restaurant decor is hip. We tried it out for the first time tonight. We were sat right away, but didn't even see our waitress for at least 20 minutes. (It didn't appear to be very busy.) We complained and then she finally came to our table. Everything about my order was wrong, but I will say the crunch wrap was delicious. My family said their meals were flavorless. We had to ask other waiters a few times for items/check because again, our waitress was missing. I enjoyed the ambiance, but have mixed feelings on whether or not we will come back. Went to Woodstock to go to a different restaurant which ended up being closed on a Tuesday, so we found this little joint instead. Part bike shop, part restaurant. A group of 5 of us. Lots of variety on the menu. I had the crunch chicken taco and seriously loved it. Our server kept our drinks refilled and filled my water thermos for my car ride home with ice water. She was literally ending her shift when we were seated and told that another waitress would be serving us. After patiently waiting for 15+ minutes we had to get up and ask the hostess if she was our waitress. She replied no and we asked that whoever was our waitress that we were ready to order. She approached that said waitress and I overheard that waitress say to the hostess " oh they'll be fine" then she walked away. Which was a big RED FLAG. We waited an hour for food and never got any check-ins from the staff or a heads up that it would take as long as it did. I finally opted to stand up and tell the host that we wanted the food to go since our unfriendly waitress never got to check in with us. A great addition to the Woodstock dining scene (as well as cycling scene). Burritos, salads, tacos, lots of vegetarian options, good bar selection. Clever use of a former bank site that has been an eyesore at the east end of the town. Some others have commented on teething pains on service but that was not our experience in the 3 times we have gone there (lunch and dinner). Like any Upper Valley business staffing is a challenge but the people we interacted with were fantastic and responsive. Prices are also relatively reasonable (these days no meal out is reasonable). Definitely worth you trying out; especially if the weather is nice and you are able to site on the covered deck. The bike shop in the lower level is a long overdue amenity for Woodstock and appears well stocked. Hope RC will prosper and be part of the community for a long time read more

Woodstock really needs more dining and we are very happy Ranch Camp is here. We live next town over. This was our first visit....we're vegetarians and had a lot to chose from. My husband had Beet salad and I had a burrito, baller on a budget. Both were very good. I drank a Casagrita, excellent choice. Service was attentive, friendly, professional and drink and food came promptly. We drink lots of water and our glasses were kept full. This was a very good experience all around. Next time we'll have dessert too. Tonight it was raining heavily and we were thankful we could eat locally. We will be back on a regular basis. read more
