I also got the gluten free lobster roll, and maybe it's the style I wasn't a big fan of (warm buttered), but I think there's an opportunity to butter the roll itself and toast it on a griddle to invoke that crispy buttered roll that screams lobster roll deliciousness. The fries were great. I live it when they aren't too thin, a little thicker, nicely salted, and that perfect crunchy crispy brown and caramelized with a soft center.
