The seafood had good texture and everything was well seasoned. People who are hardcore paella purists may say, "yeah, but it didn't have the crispy rice parts that meet the pan (the socarrat)." The dessert option brown butter cookie just tasted very bland as well seemed like the cookie packs I buy at the grocery store and make at home.
