This restaurant is right off the main strip. It is in an older brick building. If you are on the search for a local place this is it. When we walked in we were quickly seated. It took a minute for service but they were really busy so I get it. Our service got better throughout the meal. My coffee was never below half full the entire meal so that was AWESOME! I did a build your own omelette. It was cooked perfectly. The jalapeños were spicy! My hash browns ordered extra crispy came out just like I wanted. While waiting I saw a breakfast burrito come out. That thing was a monster! I mean seriously it was as huge. Overall they have a large, comprehensive menu that they execute very well. The price is great for what you get. A local breakfast place that has HUGE, delicious breakfast burritos! Came here because it was a short walk from the hotel and I was hungry. Upon entering, it was clear that this was a locals establishment and I was excited to try it. While being taken to our table, I saw some one with a huge breakfast burrito and knew I had to have it. I ordered it with chorizo and both red and green sauce. It was delicious and it was so filling. I will definitely return the next time I come to Greeley. read more

The thing I like best about this eatery are the people. Very welcoming the minute you come in! Hoping for scratch made gravy on the B & G offered as other reviews lead me to believe was here, but it's increasingly rare. They do add a nice amount of sausage to the packaged gravy mix they use which does help a bit. Im sure there's other offerings that are impressive. Loved the AWESOMESAUCE though! Not the average Tabasco or similar product. I went down the road to the hat company to get myself a bottle to take home. Greeley is a great town! Anyways, come in for the history of the place and the good vibe feel. Many old time regulars. It's worth a stop to visit this historic property & setting right off the railroad tracks. Came here for the first time with my aunt. Who lives in Greeley. She has never been here before so I figure let's try something new.. the menu is straightforward, but the food is great! I have the Mexican breakfast burrito which was smothered and overall great! Hubs has a larger breakfast that of which he devoured. This is a local eatery and we go every time our travels take us to Greeley. the menu is huge, the servings are way too much and it's a perfect way to start the day. They are busy, so be patient and tip generously. The breakfast burritos are sublime, the omlettes are divine and you truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. This last time we got everything to go and they literally opened each box to show me the entree inside. This is a rarity in customer service and it will keep us coming back. Definitely hole in the wall kind of place. We were seated right away when we walked in on a Sunday morning at about 10am. The decor was amateur and the upkeep is not great. The walls were dirty and I had to ask for replacement silverware because they were dirty. I ordered the sausage omelet and my wife ordered the bacon and eggs plate. I ordered the cinnamon roll for us to share since I saw a review about it being good. The service was friendly and adequately attentive. The water is very "tap flavored" and the cup was very used. The cinnamon roll was a little doughy but good. The omelet was large and had a lot of sausage, the hash browns were pretty good, and the bacon was tasty. I was not impressed with the toast that was soaked with liquid butter that was clearly not real butter. The price tag wasn't bad and that's maybe the part that makes me feel a little better about the experience. I get the feeling that this is a local type of place and not where you recommend visitors to go. I wasn't impressed and probably won't be back. The food wasn't terrible and if I grew up on it I would probably feel differently. This isn't the place I would choose to go for a breakfast out. read more

We stopped here for brunch before the OctoBREWfest after asking locals where they'd recommend we go. SO glad we followed through - friendly staff, adorable kitschy decor, coffee cups that were always refilled, and the FOOD. Oh, the food. We ordered the Huevos Rancheros with beans, a simple bacon and eggs plate that came with crispy hash browns and toast, and a cinnamon roll to split. We were served by quite possibly the most wonderful woman on the planet. She was Greek and I wanted to give her a hug every time she spoke. We were served coffee as we sat down (drank it black of course) my bowels are loose and my smile was wide. The food came out quick, I got the mushroom omelet, my friends got the ranch skillet and the plain Belgian waffle. The waffle had a nice Belgian chew and crisp edges, "delightful pillowy waffle that paired beautifully with the warmed syrup." the ranch skillet was what you would expect, the mushrooms were fresh and the veggie, egg, potato ratio was perfect. The omelet's eggy flavor wasn't overshadowed by the modest amount of cheese and fresh mushroom. Portions are generous and so are the prices. Only complaint is that me and my friends were brown and the customers didn't seem to love that (nothing bad happened) this is the diner experience that I live for; quality food and service, an aura steeped with elderly effervescence, and a tinge of racism in the patrons. read more

Small "home town" hole in the wall restaurant. Best food on earth is served in these places, and this place lived up to that. Had to drop a car off for service in Greeley so my wife and I decided to make it a breakfast date. We found this place, and luckily for my waste line they aren't closer. We both ended up ordering the "Mexican omelet", it was packed with sausage and the green chili was delicious - very mild however, so I did add Tabasco. The potatoes that came with it were also delicious, however needed a little salt and pepper - seems places like this tend to under salt a lot. Also came with a choice of toast or tortilla - wife and I both chose the tortilla... yeah we end up "twinning" on food choices more often than not. Coffee was just good old dinner coffee, nothing fancy but perfectly drinkable black. read more

This place is a bit off the beaten path, but it's worth the trip. It really captures the essence of a small-town diner. The food is great, but the service and company are even better. It's obviously a family-run business, and they do an excellent job. The kids are there working right along with Mom, and Mom takes the time to stop and talk to every table, even the strangers from out of town. This place is super cool! Not super fancy, but Perfect for a laid back, relaxing meal. Great items on the menu at very low prices! My bf & I each got a meal and drink and split the cinnamon roll, it only came out to $26. Both plates came with generous amounts, we both got full and had to take the rest home in a box. A fantastic small restaurant. A little hard to find but when you do find it it's wonderful. You are greeted by a smiling wonderful Greek lady. She asks how you are and is genuinely concerned.
