    We meet Tom back when SuperShuttle had hourly drivers about 20 yrs ago. He did all their local needs-posters, banners, decal signage..... We went franchise and we continued to use Tom.     Excellent experience. I typically purchase all my decals online but I'll be heading here for now on. The owner was super cool and helpful. Such an easy process to get a large decal made for our baby shower. The size was 18"x25" and looks fantastic!

    We have used Tom at RB Signs for all of our signs, stickers and printing needs. He is very knowledgeable and has a laser sharp focus on what he will and won't do. In this day and age where too many businesses are willing to try anything to sell you more, RB Signs is refreshingly focused on what they do best.... Signs and stickers. We always start with Tom on any print job but often times he will refer us elsewhere if he doesn't do what we're asking for. Call ahead as this isn't your typical sign shop or franchise where youre stuck with a teenager that is clueless. RB Signs can get it done for you.

    Never again ordering stickers elsewhere! Needed a last minute job for a business conference in attending next week. I called multiple places in the area and Tom was the quickest and most helpful response. He was able to do a rush order for me within a few days! I was surprised with such the late notice. I created an image on Word Docs (yes this is what I mean by it was last minute) - he helped make a few slight edits to straighten the image. He was very responsive in regards to my concerns. Picked up the work today and it was great!!! Great prices, great products, & great service! Will be returning for all of our printing needs from now on, thanks Tom!

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Staples…read more I initially purchased a phone charger that proved to be defective upon first use. I returned to the store and, based on a recommendation from a store associate, exchanged it for a different charger. Unfortunately, the replacement charger was also defective. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 14-day return window and could only receive a store gift card. Given that this was already the second defective product, I found this policy unreasonable but agreed to proceed reluctantly. However, I was then told that I would only receive approximately half of the original purchase amount. I paid nearly $20 and was refunded only $9. This outcome is unacceptable. Retaining half the value of a product, especially when both the original and replacement items were defective, raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. I have never encountered a return policy that penalizes customers in this manner when proof of purchase is clearly provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from the manager on duty. Her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and care expected in a customer-facing role, particularly on a day such as Mother's Day when many customers are already managing busy schedules. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review and revise this policy, as it undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and service. I also recommend additional training for management staff to ensure that customer concerns are handled with the appropriate level of respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
