I came in today not quite myself -- I was in my feelings about something -- and without me even having to say a word, she immediately picked up on it, validated my concerns, and put me completely at ease the moment I sat down in the chair. That kind of emotional attunement is rare. On top of that, she is so gentle, so thorough, and so genuinely invested in her patients. She took the time to educate me throughout my entire cleaning -- giving me helpful tips on the best toothbrushes to use and explaining everything as she went. She never rushes. She truly cares, and it shows in every single thing she does. Dr. Gray is nothing short of amazing. His compassion radiates -- you can feel how much he loves his patients the moment he walks in the room. It's not something he has to say; it's written all over him. I am so grateful to be under his care. Yolande at the front desk is a gem. She is consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly every single visit without fail. That kind of reliability matters more than people realize -- knowing you'll always be greeted with a smile sets the tone for the whole experience. Full marks for bedside manner, speed, and skill. He came in with an air of confidence, and his performance backed it 100%. Thankfully, they all had nothing but great things to say. Today was finally my appointment, and for the first time in seven years, I truly felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Denise at the front desk greeted me warmly and made me feel seen right away. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel like I had been an established patient for years. Maura brought me back to the room and was just as kind and welcoming. Then I saw Sherilyn, the hygienist, and for the first time in many years, the experience didn't feel scary.
