First off, they do not approve just anybody and they are lying about credit scores, they DO use them. They don't care about your side of the story either, so basically everything they say on their ads is basically a bold faced lie just to get you in their door. The randashbin Billings Montana. Completely screwed me over. Charging me nearly $12,000 for a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And it having 150,000+ miles. I was happy about the purchase at the time considering we were desperate for a vehicle. And was sure no one else would approve us. But they wanted 400 a month and after purchasing the vehicle with a personal loan the power steering went out completely ! It cost me 1609 to fix it and then it went out again another 300. After getting rid of the Jeep from my understanding the power steering went out again ! Complete night mate. Be very careful buying a used car from them. read more

These people are predators. They are happy to sell you a car, that is WAY over priced. They talk about a 60 point inspection. It's more of a 60 second inspection, done by what i believe to be blind mechanics. I know over 10 people with horrible experiences. They don't care about your car breaking, they don't care about your, they only care about money. If they really did a 60 point inspection, or actually cared, they wouldn't sell you a vehicle with dry rot tires, bad shocks, bad breaks, etc. In less then 90 days i have put over $2k into the vehicle and it still needs more work, and these crooks do not care, they basically laugh and you and say "o well, we can fix it for you, but our shop is 2 months out, so you can pay us for 2 months, while your vehicle sits broken until we can get to it for you." If you wanna buy a car that looks nice, but takes a dump and has a whole slough of issues a couple months after buying it, go talk to Eric Woods or any of the "wonderful" people down at randash. They're totally willing to help you, IF you let them charge you 20%+ on in house financing. If you decide to actually not screw yourself on interest, they want nothing to do with you. I hope randash reads this and figures their crap out, having some old lady give me attitude when I'm trying to get my car fixed is not what anybody needs or wants. read more

Be very careful when you buy from Randash. They will sell youa car that has been totaled or has a branded title. They will not tell you anything about it until it is time to get it titled, then the state informs you and you maynot be able to register it. Make sure to get Carfax. read more

Most used car dealers will sell you a car for what they think is fair, but once you drive it off the lot, it instantly becomes your headache. Granted places put "as is" on the window, but getting stuck on day one is not a good sign. Thankfully, Randash is not like that. They actually take the time to take care of you. I had bought a 2000 Ford from them after trading in my Cavalier since we needed more room. The next day, the "check engine" light came on. Randash offers a 2-year, 24,000 mile warranty on their cars, so of course I took it back. The first time, they found a loose air hose and re-attached it. 2 days later, the light came back on again, so I took it back - this time, they discovered a plugged up fuel filter - replaced it, and it was good to go....or so I thought. A day later, the light was back on again, so I took it back again - this time, they replaced the fuel pump and starter to see if that fixed it - the light came back on a day later, so back it went. This time, they discovered leaking around the intake manifold, so they replaced ALL of the manifold gaskets. This time, it fixed the issue! The best part about the whole thing is that they did not charge me ANYTHING for the repairs. They found an issue right after purchase, and went WAY above and beyond to make sure all was good with the world and that we were happy with it. I have never found ANY used car dealer that does what this company did, and am very glad I decided to go with them, despite what my friends have told me about them. They treated me fair, with respect, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy - and boy was I ever! I can't recommend them enough for anyone who needs to get a vehicle. Yes, the interest is higher than some lots, but they specialize in those who don't have good credit and need to rebuild their score, but they will work with you to help in any way they can! read more

My experience with Randash auto was by far the worst I've ever had with a used car dealership and used car dealerships are notorious for being crooked. I won't say it's the entire company but the salesman we dealt with named D'Angelo I believe was dealing with my widowed mother in law on a vehicle. Told her she could get the loan if my husband co-signed for it...all well and good until my husband and I started investigating the vehicle which turned out to be very high mileage older vehicle priced way higher than it should have been and when I asked him for this information he originaly told me it was pointless to tell me because he didn't know if she could even get the vehicle. He was only willing to tell me about the car when I told him I'd be the cosigner and I wouldn't be signing unless I had that information. He had dealt with her for days without giving her any information about the car itself. We had called and asked for the information and never got a call back. He was trying to make the deal and get us to sign on a loan without even test driving the car because he saw a vulnerable woman who needed help and hadn't had to buy a car on her own since she lost her husband. We will never go back to Randash and everyone we know will hear about this incident. My brother had told me to go there when I was looking for a vehicle because of their warranty. No warranty is worth the way he spoke to me on the phone and his attempts to sell a crap vehicle to a widow without any information or even a test drive. read more

By far the worst auto buying experience I've ever had. Bought two separate times. And neither was worth it. Both times. I needed to fix $1500 + to keep operating within six months. Warrenty was a joke. And selling point on second was they just did the whole front end, and because their mechanic half-assed his job. And piled seals on top of each other. I had to redo all of it. My vehicle was in their shop four separate occasions, and either they couldn't find any problems and charged me. Or something else was wrong, sabotaged. Your loan with be for twice the vehicle worth, to cover the "warrenty". Which either what Is wrong won't be covered. Or they will find something else wrong and want obscene amount to fix. Trying to get the service records of what was done to my vehicle in their shop. Was the biggest headache. Had to threaten a lawyer action to get. And don't ever trust their tow truck. I don't recommend randash at all if you want a good vehicle go elsewhere, all this place is after is your money, they make sure your car runs awesome for the first week and nothing but problems after, constantly at the shop and for what? Nothing because their mechanics obviously don't know what the fuck they're doing as far as your car running properly, my car sat there for a week just for me to turn around the next day and still have the same problem, they just changed my front differential on my front passenger less than 2 weeks ago, mind you my car was there 2 days prior to the differential change for an oil change, I told the mechanic my concerns about my car but I'm pretty sure he blew off my concerns just changed the oil and moved on with his day because why listen to the person who drives the faulty car you guys sold me right? Today 6/22/19 I was driving home from a bass competition where I was supporting my loved ones in their passions and one of their favorite hobbies when I had the most horrific experience driving ever it sounded like my axle snapped I was only going 35 and barely got it to the side of the road.. Once I got my car home by tow truck I figured out my tire rod completely snapped and it fucked up everything in that area. When I was last looking for a vehicle I thought I would try Randash because I don't have great credit but I did have a co-signer. I found a car I was interested in on the lot and spent the next hour and a half going through paperwork. So after the paperwork was done and I was approved for a loan, the salesman started walking me out to a completely different vehicle that I had absolutely no interest in whatsoever! I was not eligible for the car that I wanted because they had jacked the price of it up so high because it was one for only in-house financing. I was furious that they were not up front with me in the beginning and wasted my time. That being said, fast forward a few months and my roommate was in desperate need of a vehicle. Unfortunately she was swindled into a loan for about 4 or 5 times what the car she got the loan for is worth with payments way higher than affordable. How they thought that this loan was affordable for I have no idea. They are crooks! They take advantage of people in desperate situations and screw up their lives. My poor roommate is so stressed out by these jackwagons that I could scream! We are currently in the process of trying to find a legal way for her to get out of her loan so she doesn't ruin her credit. It wasn't even that she has bad credit...she just split up and has no credit. She has had problems with her vehicle as well and they said they wouldn't cover what was wrong! She got a 1999 Olds for $8000. I found a 2006 Mercedes-Benz for $8500...there is something seriously wrong with that! I would highly recommend if you are in desperate need of a vehicle and have questionable credit; go to Snyder or some other place that has a special credit department! One of the selling points the salesman tried to throw at me was the stupid warranty...my comment was that I should be able to trust my salesman enough not to have to worry too much about a stupid warranty! read more
