They continue to lead us on and are not completing what they say they will in the time frame provided. It has been 5 months now and all they have done is sanded our vehicle down and applied primer to it. They give us excuse after excuse as to why they are working on other cars and not ours. Mind you, the initial timeline we were given was 5 weeks from start to finish and they asked for 2 payments for parts and labor which have yet to be purchased or completed. Please BEWARE!

I took my car in last year around Beginning of march For colisión repair. They kept the car for like 4 months if not more. So then I pick up the car once it's ready and I notice some parts are missing, so I let the owner know and he said he would take care of it. So I told him to get me the parts and then I would take it in, I was trying to avoid the car being there forever again. So after that it was just the typical shop run aroun, (the parts are on back order) (we can't find the parts anywhere) So meanwhile I decided to inspect the car further and I noticed they just did a horrible job all around. The hood doesn't even line up properly, My bumper started coming off almost right away on both sides, the rear tail lights are missing pieces on the inner side, they also didn't put the left & right brake light harness on so only the third brake light works. And now a year later I decided to finally do this review because my wife got home and the front emblem On the grille completely fell off. I never wanted to do the review because as a business owners myself I don't wanna ruin other peoples stuff. But this is just ridiculous. I have messages & proof of everything, the last message I have is where he's saying the parts are on backorder. So I decided to not go back because I knew for a fact the car would be there forever again. Point is I never got it fixed anywhere else either because I had already spent a lot of money with these guys & now half the car is falling apart.

It took months for them to do what they said would take weeks, and when they gave me the bill it was over triple what they originally said it would be. When I asked them about the difference they came up with some reasons about unexpected difficulties, yet they never mentioned this once when I was coming in week after week. When I went to smog it, the work was apparently so bad the smog shop sent me to state ref, who gave me a laundry list of all the items that needed to be fixed. So I took it back to them and they would tell me they fixed what was on the list and yet when I would take it back to the ref he would say basically nothing was changed. This happened so many times the state ref had me give them the name of the shop so they could put them under investigation. Eventually I had enough so I had it registered at a friend's house in Arizona. With it being registered I finally tried driving it around and immediately noticed that I would loose power when trying to accelerate fast. I took it to another shop that told me the fuel pump they installed externally (which was so loud you could hear it over the engine) was a pump that was supposed to an internal pump so it was overheating. After switching that out, I finally was able to take it on the open road, and on my second trip out before I even made it out of my neighborhood the engine sprung a fuel leak and caught fire. Fortunately a neighbor happened to be outside and quickly brought me a hose to put out the fire. I had enough at this point. I cut my losses after thousands of dollars spent, I basically gave the car to another shop in trade for an overhaul of another vehicle. I have never had a worse experience with any other automotive shop, or any shopping experience for that matter. I would recommend everyone stay as far away from this place as possible.

I had an "appointment" at 9:30am, which apparently doesn't mean much there since my truck sat in the same spot until I got back at 1:30pm to find it hadn't been touched. The guys walked out with me to tell me what they were going to do and they would pull it in and start working on it. I let them know I had somewhere to be at 3pm and was wondering how much longer it would be since it had been hours already. The older guy apparently was offended by this saying "well, we were busy working on things that make us hundreds of dollars, not just little things like this". So I told them to give me the keys and I would go somewhere else. 1. LJ apparently doesn't value you business unless it's in the "hundreds of dollars" category, so you need not go if you have small bodywork issues, etc. 2. They do not value the customer's time. 3. They were completely unapologetic with the way they treated me and walked away without thinking twice about how inconsiderate they were. I haven't had an experience in customer service that bad in a long time. And as far as I know a review online probably won't make a difference. But if I can keep someone else from going through what I went through and keep a couple "hundred" dollars out of their pocket, then the 5 minutes to type this is worth it. Thank you Yeager's Diesel & Auto ! Got a check engine light…read morethe day before I was to start heading home (AZ). Was told to go in first thing in the morning, had Mass airflow sensor code. The technician that pulled the code got under the hood pulled the sensor wiped it off but wasn't satisfied! Checked Various areas for other possible items the pulled a MAP sensor it was covered in soot from the turbo. Cleaned it also change some plastic three way T's that were starting to leak. Then changed the air large hose off the intercooler that had cracks. I very happy with what was done and thinking I'm good to go ! BUT I wasn't, got back to hook my trailer to go and made it about 5 miles down the road and got another check engine light. Well now Friday late afternoon and I'm thinking C*^p I'm done' called Yeagers back " Stop by will figure it out!" Turn out the EGR was all clog. Parked my trailer at a near parking (Thank you Yucaipa Elks 2389) Yeagers got on it when most places would say manāna! Got the job done and we were able to make home! I still had questions when I got home and called them and they were still advising me over the phone! Happy to say we happy to be back on the road with confidence! So grateful for the people at Yeagers and all that they did!

I thought we were in for a long day or 2 so we had already booked a room at the hotel. Chad arranged for a truck to pick up our 5th wheel and tow it to the Casino Parking lot. AMAZING SERVICE. Simple fix. (fuel pump power wire disconnected, another mechanic forgot to re-attach it Monday when we swapped out batteries) NO CHARGE..
