The café has a beautiful teal-and-gold interior, plenty of indoor seating, and a spacious open patio. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the restroom. One of the most unique features is their latte-printing robot, Tom, who can print custom designs directly on top of your drink! They have an extensive menu with a wide variety of entrées, drinks, pastries, and desserts. The portions are huge, so come hungry! I tried the mango matcha latte and honey lavender latte. Both were on the sweeter side, but still refreshing and perfect for summer. It was also my first time trying chilaquiles, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were flavorful and came in a very generous portion. I also enjoyed the steak and eggs--the steak was especially delicious. The Mediterranean salad was a fresh and healthy option with lots of different ingredients. For dessert, we tried the Sunshine mango mousse and berry cheesecake. Overall, One Twelve Caffe has a fun atmosphere, an impressive menu, generous portions, and plenty of cute photo opportunities. The staff was friendly, and our drinks came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside was the atmosphere. It's a very small shop with seating for maybe 20 people inside, plus 4 small two-person tables outside (without any shade). When we visited, almost everyone else was working on laptops, so it didn't feel like the best place to sit and chat. The music was also fairly loud and mostly K-pop, which didn't really match the coffee shops aesthetic and made conversation a little more difficult. Parking was probably my biggest complaint. There are only four dedicated parking spots, and the surrounding residential street parking was completely packed. I ended up parking in the chicken restaurant's lot across the street. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the coffee, it was genuinely one of the better iced caramel lattes I've had. If you're looking to grab a quality drink to go, I'd highly recommend it. Just be prepared for limited seating and a challenging parking situation.

So funny with all the covid stuff going around you think people would stop handling their phones so much . Like I'm so irritated that this girl just assumed cuz she was on her watch that I...what ..?? Wasnt gonna notice the 15 minute long conversation you were having with your mom about losing your stimulus check at a party ???? Literally this is what she was talking into her watch about!!!! like I didnt notice or somthing !!!. the black girl was just leaning and staring at her watch as she made my frappe... like ok and the other people didnt seem to even wanna be there ...felt like a gloomy boring atmosphere... there wasnt one thing that stood out in my mind like wow ... I really like this place. .. if it was anymore akward in there I'd say it was haunted or somthing ... But back to the subject at hand ...I really don't appreciate my frood being touched by somebody that was touching their electronic device ,that was around their wrist,( obviously a watch goes everywhere with you) so I'm pretty sure that watch has been in the restroom with her multiple times..GROSS!!!!.. I asked her to change her gloves and she did but THEN started acting I'm only saying this because this isn't the 1st time I've come here and been bothered by something and seen no manager at all it's been like this for maybeweird after... Secon time came here.... Not even too busy in drive-through.. I came to drive-through and Had the sweetest blonde hair girl help me she seemed to be alone until I saw some girl I don't even think she was wearing a mask she was African American with purple hair.... I sat there as my server took my drink order and made it... In the back all I can see is this girl on her watch talking into it ????at 1st I did not understand what she was doing until I saw her texting on!!!! Now my order wasn't too big but she could have helped she just stood there on her phone and on her watch like it's not enough you're texting on your phone but now you have a watch also?? I've been in customer service very long time and I don't think it's good to have your back turned towards guests especially if you are not too busy especially while being on your phone plain as day I can see from the window!! I took this picture hopefully you talk to her because it made me feel very sad for the girl in the window all alone I would not want to work with somebody so lazy and rude!!!!! I'm sure your place of business does not allow phones so why is she on it you should have a talk with her if you haven't already... On another note I did try that Apple fritter not as good as the bear claw.... But thanks for the suggestion hopefully next time I come in I don't see that girl on her phone instead may be shell be making drinks and doing her job... Randomly happened to be in the area and saw the BIG DONUT as we were driving by, not hard to miss (especially for a 3 year old). I had heard of Randy's donuts before but had never been. We had a little drive to where we were going, so it was the perfect pitstop before we hopped on the highway. I wouldn't normally write about a pitstop, but must say our experience was definitely noteworthy. Note to self, unless you plan on buying a dozen, do not take your children in! The variety was endless, so many options to chose from and we did. They were delicious, and delicious the next day and just as delicious the day after. We became instant customers for life. Oh and not to mention, the bathrooms were clean and well kept (important when you have little children) and the service was not only great, but very patient. We want to apologize to everyone behind us:) We look forward to our next visit, thank you Randy's! read more

With my babe in from NYC, the goal is to hit all the yummy spots in Cali and this was definitely on the list. I gave it four stars instead of five because the bear claw was stale. One of my classic favs and it was a disappointment. The fruity pebbles one was on point and was as good as it looked. The oreo cookie and churro we also stale but the Smore's was as good as I had hoped. The classic chocolate crowler was a little oily and the pink sprinkles one was surprisingly delicious. I would have to admit that I enjoyed these donuts 90% more than I did the Donut Man in Glendora and I would have to say, that I will be back! read more

Do not go here! If you're Latino or Latinx the staff will be RACIST towards you. They will hide from you discreetly denying service and racially stereotype you. Downey has a major Latinx community and this doughnut place needs to teach their employees of customer service and create a welcoming environment if that's what they even believe in.
