I just want to start by saying I haven't been to the location by Fresno state this review is for the Clovis location lol but the sweetest girl works there! She was very patient & kind to my children they were so excited to see all the cool doughnuts in the glass! There's so much favors to choose from so choose wisely! It's a small shop but still a cozy donut ambiance feel!

This wasn't an immediate must try for me, but we finally made our way over as after the Valentine's Day donut debacle of 2026, when another local shop was completely out of anything sprinkles by 10:30, we decided to give it a go, and we were so impressed! The options were endless! And so many coffee drinks, frozen lemonades, and boba drinks available too! The space is huge! We asked about this and were told that since they didn't put in public restrooms, they couldn't have tables and chairs, but I'm sure they'd get a lot of students hanging out for donuts and coffee if they put up some tables and chairs, maybe some wifi/outlets! The have the space for it. But I also get accessibility! Like I said, options seemed endless. We ended up with a couple sugar, a coconut, a devils food, a pink sprinkle and some sprinkle covered donut holes. All of which were larger than your average donuts, but not the size of their Texas sized donuts! They were really delicious, a little thicker than an airy donut, but in a good way. We also tried a caramel macchiato. It was surprisingly yummy! Not overly sweet or any. Weird caramel flavors. It was good. We were offered milk options of whole, oat or soy. I want to try a frozen lemonade next time. Prices are hard to judge now a days. Was 7 donuts and a large iced coffee worth $20. For a fun family outing after soccer, yes, yes it was. Especially with such kind staff. They made our experience great and it was lovely chatting with them. Randy's is so close to our house so we will be back but it may be dangerous!

Maybe I'm reckless for basing this on a single donut, but I refuse to apologize. The raspberry-filled glazed donuts Randy is churning out are by far the best in the Central Valley, and honestly... I might even go so far as to say the best donut I've ever had in my life. One bite and I was immediately bargaining with myself about whether it was socially acceptable to order three more. The texture? Perfect. The glaze? Dreamlike. The raspberry filling? An ambush of joy. The balance and consistency here are simply unfair to other donuts. Randy has officially thrown down an absolute banger. Other donut shops should take this as a warning shot. 10/10. No notes.

Randy's donuts have some of the softest, fluffiest and tastiest donuts around. I was introduced to them at work one night and just had to visit with my kiddo. We came by this morning for a breakfast treat & drink. The first thing that caught my eye was the large display case full of glorious yummy looking donuts. I wanted all of them lol we chose the Apple fritter, Oreo cookie raised and a chocolate cake. The frappe and maple iced coffee were good. If you like sweet things. We were greeted with friendly smiles and a hello. The employees were very kind and made our drinks really fast. Nice shop near Fresno state university. Good photo wall and lots of good choices for everyone's different tastes. Next time I'm getting the little donuts I forgot the name but they're like donut holes that are bigger. Thanks Randy's for giving us a nice stop for breakfast or a mid day snack. Nice inside lighting and really clean! Randy's will be at the Savemart center for different events if you're going there check them out.

I grew up in LA, specifically Gardena, where the og Randy's is at. I would walk there and get donuts with my friends after school. Or Whenever I saw that big donut outside the car window I knew we were almost home. So I feel pretty nostalgic about Randy's. I was happy to see one was coming fresno! I got to come visit this time with my kids through a Yelp event. When we arrived the sweet smell of fluffy fried donuts filled our noses and we were drawn to the display. They have the classics like glazed, chocolate twist, cake donuts, premium donuts with fun toppings. They all look good! When we were ready to order it seemed like we may have interrupted the man at the counter. He was the only one there and he was in the middle of something. We waited and he took our order. A while after another guy came out and he made the coffee I ordered. I ordered a cold brew with sf vanilla and cream. Chat, it was not a good choice. The coffee was pretty bad and I think the guy didn't know how to make the cold brew because he was asking for help from the already irritated guy. So when I got home I had to doctor it up. Anyways, the donuts were definitely delicious and perfectly sweet. The bacon maple bar was so fire! It had thick smoky bacon that was very flavorful. Not sure I would come back to this location because of the service. I remember Randy's being a welcoming place and the people were happy to be there serving the community . But the donuts were suuuuuuure good!

I've come here a few times now to get donuts . They have a pretty large selection of donuts here and the store is super clean . I really like there apple fritters and butter crumb donut . The apple fritter here is huge !!! It's like 2x the size of apple fritter from other stores . The butter crumb donut is also delish , the butter crumb topping is so yummy and sweet . The cold brew here is great and goes really well with the donuts . Great place for a sweet treat !

I absolutely love Elite events and Randy's Donuts is no different, of course as a donut lover I couldn't resist myself and bought an extra 6 just because, plus I shared them to spread the joy of circular love . I must say the gentleman that assisted me was very pleasant and patient, I stood there like a 10 year old staring at a wall of sugary delight with my eyes glazed and roaming the entire display ;-) Alas, I had to select a few and with my choice of pastries and a smile on my face I left hoping the ride home wouldn't take as long. Enjoy

Came here in the afternoon, wasnt very busy. They had all their donuts out. It's very open, bright and clean in there. Service was great, got the donuts fast and waited a few minutes for the lattes. The espresso is made to order and tasted delicious not burnt or bitter. I got iced latte, S'more donut, crossiant donut and a Chocolate long John not pictured. The donuts were fantastic, the crossiant donut was really amazing. Lattes were great as well. They have non dairy options. I got almond milk and it was so good and creamy. Some of the donuts are pricey but even then worth it as a treat.

I try to stay away from doughnuts but these places just lure me in like a wailing banshee =) I had a draft review that I thought I completed but apparently not so here we go... Service: Came in during around 4pm on a weekday. Only one patron ahead of me but seems it took forever despite two employees. The gentleman that assisted was just there, told him I was a first time visitor but he seemed indifferent. More of a "tell me what you want, pay for it and leave". I'm not there for chit chat anyway so I careless, but I just want to note this if attitude is a concern of yours. 3 of 5 stars Food/Offering: This place is apparently iconic however I've never heard of them; probably just me not being aware. Typical designer doughnut shop with your coffee/refersher but they are more towards the expensive side with the priciest at $4! If you blindfolded me, I really couldn't tell the difference between Randy's and a local shop that serves "fancy" doughnuts. 3 of 5 stars Overall: If you purchased a dozen doughnuts at $4 each, you'll end up paying more than $50+ with tax. Of course there are plain choices at $2 but be prepared for a lighter wallet if you want the premium doughnuts. Would I seek it out again? Probably not. My curiousity just brought me here. Are they any good? No better than the offerings at Clovis Donut.

What a cool donut shop! Amazing selection and fabulous service! These guys have been pumping out Great donuts for years! Glad we have a location here in Fresno. And the place is sharp looking inside! Love the wall paper inside showcasing great pics throughout the decades. It is spotless and they have the most amazing selection of delectable donuts! Love love love this place! I'll be back soon

1st off people are dumb! These are good donuts, are they the BEST donuts in the world maybe not...but I bet not one of the bad reviewers would actually say pass when offered them. Think of them as old school donuts with a home-made nostalgia vibe. I thought the tasted pretty good, a little dense but still yummy. The giant pink dount was delicious and the cinnamon roll had the perfect amount of Cinnamon. I'm glad Randy's came to Fresno.

I wanted to like Randy's, but maybe it's not for me. My Dad mentioned the infamous Randy's Donuts from LA opened a new location in Fresno. I've always wanted to try the OG but never made it, so I was excited for an afternoon treat! We arrived at Randy's on a weekday afternoon. It was a bit busy with excited customers. The shop is decently sized and quite open. No places to sit, just the donut cases and menus posted above. The donuts and pastries are humongous and colorful! Like other donut shops, the service was quick and straight to the point. Order, pay, and leave. I'm a huge fan of a nice classic donut but also something a bit more extravagant, so I was looking forward to trying their premium options. We got Glazed Raised, Maple Raised, Pink Raised with Sprinkles, Maple Raised with Churros, and Matcha Tea Raised. Honestly, the classic donuts were fine but truly nothing special. I was hyped about the matcha and that was extremely disappointing. The taste was nonexistent, just pure sugar, and not worth it at all. Honestly, their donuts just tasted like dough, and sugar, and left an oily taste in your mouth. With so many options, maybe what we got wasn't it. For donut lovers, Randy's Donuts is worth a try. For me, it was a one-and-done but I'd consider revisiting in LA. The donuts aren't anything special in terms of taste, just presentation. Maybe it'll get better over time though. The shop is found off E Shaw Ave. across Fresno State. Parking is available in their shared lot.

Everyone knows the Randy's in LA from experience or the iconic landmark photos from movies, TV or just pop culture in general. So when I heard they were opening one in Fresno I was ready. I love me some donuts. Like if donuts were a health food I'd be a famous fitness influencer. So I came here and got and ordered a small variety of what I thought looked good. The Apple Fritter: Probably the biggest one I've ever had. I'm not a small dude by any means and when I held it in my hand I said "why tf you so big" and it was good. Took me a few days to finish but damn it was good. The Nutella Raised: Brooooooooo if you like Nutella and you don't self judge then this is the one. The chocolate long John was just ok. The Matcha one was also just ok. I don't like Matcha but my Fiance does and she liked it. The mango one caught me off guard. I didn't know what to expect but for some reason I don't think this flavor profile works on a donut. I also ordered an iced vanilla latte that I wouldn't recommend. The staff is nice and the place has its own little vibe. It's not like the one in LA but it's coo.

I found parking easily and was immediately greeted on entering. The restaurant is fairly spacious with additional tables to the side. Inside was bustling! There are giant menus on the wall above the register with mostly drinks, sandwiches and "burgers". I ordered the grilled pork sandwich. After I ordered I saw more menus on the counter with so many more offerings. Several things caught my eye like the garlic fries with bulgogi - what?! And banh xeo. I will be back! I took my sandwich to go and took a bite while stopped at a light. OMG!!! This was such a good sandwich! I could have eaten two - to be fair, it is on the smaller side haha! It was so difficult to not devour it on the ride home. The meat was wonderfully marinated and there were enough pickled veggies, jalapeno slices and cilantro for me (I'm ridiculous about wanting more fresh veg) It was made so perfectly. I have to mention that it was under $10 so I was not resentful of the smaller size. I reluctantly shared a few bites with my daughter who also loved it. I thought I took a pic of the banh mi but I guess I got distracted! We will definitely be back.

I only tried their BBQ pork banh mi, and while it looked promising, it wasn't quite what I expected. BBQ PORK - BAHN MI ($9.75) :: The pate was salty and overpowered the whole sandwhich. The pork itself tasted a bit gamey, lacked of flavor, and seemed slightly stale. The breading didn't give that nice flaky crunch. I personally think that it's a bit pricey for this size too. The sandwhich is long and small; it's not worth for what you paid for. RATE: 1/5 FRENCH FRIES ($5.50) :: Their fries is pretty good. I love the coating on the fries. It gives that nice crispy crunch. There's nothing special here. It just taste like regular fries. The amount that they give you is definetly bang for the bucks. RATE : 5/5 SERVICE :: Love their service but not the wait time. It was pretty empty in there but it took them a good 15 minute to finish my order. RATE : 2/5 Overall, the shop has a lot of charm, but the bahn mi just didn't hit the mark for me personally. Don't forget to grab their fries, it's great for the snacks. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes. The only reason that is holding me back a bit is their priceing is just a bit pricey from anywhere else though.

After reviewing the menu selection, it felt like I was waiting for a while just for a staff member to acknowledge us. Instead, the workers were standing with their backs to us , and left us standing there for a while. In fact , I was so confused I was looking around for a kiosk to order my food. The next thing that I didn't like was the price of our lunch. 45.00 for one sandwich , two small cups of soup , two fountain drinks , and a dessert. Seems pricey for a sandwich spot. I get it - this is a step up from Subway. However, for what I spent - I expected more. Finally, the dining room tables were grimy. I had to clean off our own table before the food arrived. I felt like this was inexcusable considering the amount of staff standing around not doing much. Here is what I did like. The menu has a nice variety of hot or cold sandwiches, sides , and desserts. Everything sounded so good. Today, I opted for the Monterey chicken sandwich. While the flavor was good, it ate a little messy. I had chicken pieces falling out and cheese oozing out of the bottom. I don't think I would order this again- there appears to be better options to choose from. The baked potato soup was really good ( salty but delicious)! Hands down , the best thing we tried was Gary's chocolate cake. That cream cheese frosting was heavenly! Heads up- this cake is super sweet ,and a little goes a long way.
