On Saturday, February 1st, my wife bought me a perfume as a surprise for my birthday, knowing I had run out. However, I had already ordered the same perfume online. When I told her, she asked me to return the one she bought. To my surprise, when I arrived at the store, the manager refused to process the return, claiming that the item was missing the cellophane wrapping. I immediately called my wife, who confirmed that it was sold to her exactly as it was--without any plastic seal. Despite this, the manager insisted that they *never* sell unwrapped products. How is it possible that they sold us an open product and then refused to accept the return, even insinuating that we had opened it ourselves? Completely unacceptable! I even asked them to check the security footage, but they dismissed my request, saying it was handled by another department. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers--accusing them of lying instead of taking responsibility. We will *never* shop at this store again. I demand a full refund, as they sold us an opened product that, by their own admission, shouldn't have been sold in the first place!

I gave her 20 and kept 10 for me. I bought a tiny Tiffany lamp for 10 dollars and I hope its the real thing because if it is, I scored. My friend saw at the same vendor a marble lamp that weight a ton. The vendor wanted me to lend her some money I laugh since I already gave her what I had. We both bought lamps we didn't need but were very original. No cash no more shopping. Next time I go to the swap market I will have to have more cash on me since the vendors only want cash.
