Of the four arborist companies have used in the past, this fifth company is the only one I would recommend and hire again. Although the job was delayed twice (mechanical difficulties with their truck and an ill arborist), they were worth the wait. Mossy Tree care is not all about cutting down trees (unlike some companies), they make suggestions on how to prune trees to keep them. The workers are bright and enjoyable to talk to, and move through the trees almost with the alacrity of gibbons!

Corresponded with me through texts including giving me a quote for the job which I found to be a great value. He arrived on time and safely cut down and removed a 30-foot-tall tree in the front yard and he and his son cleaned up the lawn, sidewalk, and street. No mess at all left behind. On the second job two weeks later, he came alone, followed my request to trim off the lower branches of four large trees in the back yard. There were a LOT of branches! These would surely be on the lawn in the next ice storm! And just like last time, these branches don't rebound. This was disaster prevention. He hauled away all the branches off the lawn, then raked the entire length of the 63 feet long by 8 feet deep bed underneath the trees! I did NOT expect that kind of cleanup! The local tree service companies had me on the schedule and the earliest they could do the removals was 60 days from the time if their quote. The story: We had several local tree companies come by to check out our tree and give us an estimate for removal. Most said it was too high-risk to climb, and we'd have to temporarily move our carport and part of our fence to get the right equipment in, so they wouldn't even quote us. The one quote we did get was steep. Finally, someone recommended Beez Treez to my husband and we gave them a call figuring it couldn't hurt to try. Brad came by, said the tree was no problem and a quick job, gave us a much more reasonable quote, and we scheduled with them for the tree removal the following day. Brad was up in the tree for no more than 20-30 minutes, tops. Total pro, got the job done quick, and worked really well with the guys on the ground. The remaining job was spent on cleanup - chipping smaller limbs on site, picking up any debris that had fallen, etc. They were in and out in under an hour and a half and left our yard nice and clean. We can't recommend them highly enough.
