I knew that I'd need to complete some paperwork, but was told to come in on Thursday to complete and if the system wasn't delayed, I could leave with my weapon. Processing was delayed, no problem. I call on Saturday 5 days after purchasing the weapon and was told that the paperwork was cleared, but I could not pick up my weapon for another 72 hours. After a back and forth with the guy on the phone about when I purchased the weapon and would be able to pick up, the owner confirms that I could pick up the weapon on the day I was calling. When I arrive to pick up the gun, I witnessed the most inefficient operating of a business that I've ever seen. After waiting for about 35 minutes for the guy working to fiddle around with the computer, make small talk with the customers, and answer the phones, I was finally assisted by the second guy who was working there. He gives me my weapon after checking the paperwork over with no receipt. Who sells a weapon to someone and doesn't give them proof of purchase? This guy fiddles around on the computer and then calls the owner who THINKS he may have mailed me a receipt despite having told me that he'd have one ready for me when i picked up. I've been here now, for ONE hour waiting for a gun that I purchased 8 days ago. I'll never do business here again. They are only getting two stars because the price is right.

One of the salesmen was assisting the customer with his firearm purchase. The other salesman was sitting behind the counter eating his lunch. He completely ignored me, despite me standing there with the pistol rugs in my hand and ready to pay. He never bothered to acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed help. I know that he saw me because he looked directly at me. When he finished eating he got up, threw his plastic fork in the trash and walked in the back while still never interacting with me. It was like I was completely invisible. Finally, another sales person came out from the back and asked if I was being helped. I said no, finally paid for my purchase, and left. I wonder what the store owner/manager would have to say if he reviewed the surveillance video.

My wife and I were shopping for a gift for an old neighbor and I saw an excellent deal on an automatic out the front pocket knife. We were met by Dean (owner) and his employee. This was the coolest gun store I've ever been to . The items for sale blends in with the military decor. Dean was very helpful and friendly we were so happy with the customer service and the shop that my wife who normally doesn't do gun stores wanted to buy a sweatshirt. Lots of older guns and newer guns as well as ammo and knives. Very good mix of gear. I recommend everyone come and see Dean and check this place out. Its so unique.

First off I was very pleased with him from the moment I called. He made sure to point out that his business operates out of his home and gave a few other instructions about what to do after getting there. When I got there it was a nice house in a rural area. No big deal, I'm expecting a guy operating out of his garage. However, that isn't the case. He asked me to go down to his basement where his gun store is. So I walk through his living room, down a flight of stairs and then to my amazement there's an entire gun store in his basement. It's a sight to see. My wife and I test fired the gun we purchased right off his back porch which was cool, made the purchase and then we were off on our way. I'd certainly recommend this guy. He didn't make my wife feel dumb about guns and his attention to detail to ensure that his customer had everything needed to make the purchase as easy as possible was impressive. He's got a passion for it. I'll be making the trip to buy all my firearms from him.

I came in expecting to be bored sitting on my phone the entire course but this was not the case. Adam is a great instructor, very informative, detailed and fun. The class was very immersive. Great class for beginner, he goes through all details of scenarios when to and when not to exercise your right to defend yourself with deadly force. He will answer all questions and no judgements are made if you are a complete beginner to firearms. you will qualify on your shooting accuracy during the first day, the range is not far from the class at all. You will qualify at the end of the first day class, everyone will pass with the information taught. I have taken a 16 course 5 years ago and all they showed was boring NRA videos and not much information on when to and when to not use your firearm. Adam spoke the entire course with power slide, it was not boring and you will learn life saving information and also information to prevent putting yourself into trouble with the law. You will Learn basic firearm function, grip, fundamental, maintenance, amongst many other important factors of carrying a firearm. You will Learn the law and updated current laws with conceal carry in IL and where you can carry outside of IL. it was very affordable and worth every penny Spent. Thanks Adam.

I learned so much from Adam the instructor that I encourage everyone to take this 16 hours class. You think you know everything about guns wait until you take this 16 hours class and find out you don't know s.,..t . Adam is true to form really charismatic,smart and really smart at this,he is courteous, respectful and very helpful especially at the gun range he took everyone individually at the gun range to make sure we passed the shooting range. Adam is very knowledgeable about all kinds of guns you can think of,he can break any gun down and tell you the different parts of the gun, he's funny, encourage everyone to participate in the class,I carry a Glock 43 I found out really quick that not only I didn't know the parts but I have been been cleaning it the wrong way which Adam explained it all.
