It's tough to choose pest control, because there are SO many options. I put a post on Facebook to find recommendations & a friend told me about Vance. I called, he answered, and we were scheduled for that day! The customer service was fantastic. Vance came out with the guy he had spray the house and they took their time and were very meticulous You sign up for a year contract (every two or 3 months) and your first service is complimentary. You set up a date and then then keep coming, you don't need to be home. Cody sprayed the second time and did a great job. But the BEST NEWS!!? No live critters. As soon as we moved into our rental in Summerlin, we noticed some roaches, spiders and SCORPIONS as our new roommates. We called and set up services with Ranger, who a friend had recommended. They have great pricing and were always quick to respond whenever we had questions. We set up autopay and they sent us a reminder text a few days before they would come to spray each time! Germain would text us when he got there and was super informative and very respectful! To comply with the Governor's order, and to eliminate any face-to-face contact, he texted me to let me know he was on the way and then again when he arrived. He made sure to ask about our concerns and if we have seen any scorpions or other bugs- again, no, thanks to these guys! Cody texted me to let me know when he was finished and was kind enough to tell me he made sure the side gate was closed. After finding our third scorpion in a month (the most recent was hiding under our bathroom scale) I decided to look for a pest control company. I searched Yelp and decided to go with the company with the best reviews, which turned out to be Ranger- and I can see why! They were very responsive. I submitted my request online and was contacted by the company within 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable and they were able to schedule my first service later that afternoon, which was a big relief, after almost stepping on a scorpion that very morning. Punctuality is often a thing of the past with services who come to your home, but not with Ranger! We scheduled service between 2:30-3:30pm, and Germain, the technician, arrived at 2:30 on the dot! He took his time to answer any and all questions we had. He was friendly and personable, which is important to me if I am allowing someone into my home. It's clear that Germain takes pride in his work and enjoys working for Ranger. It speaks volumes when employees are happy because it shows in their performance.
