That 1 month promise transformed into a painful 4 months and the car was still not complete. I finally had enough of the run-around and decided to take my car elsewhere. At the time I went to retrieve my car, I asked Andrew to return my deposit but he refused to return it. His reasoning was that the vehicle had already been worked on. Eventually, the situation deteriorated to the point of him threatening me and telling me to "get the fuck out of here". Do not trust him! He is a snake and will give you every excuse under the sun about his failure to fulfill his obligations. He will never take any accountability or responsibility for his inadequacies. It is a huge shame to see Joe's lifetime of hard work to build his store's reputation get ruined by someone of such a weak character.
