I would not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle. The will give you the run around on due dates and will damage parts and neglect it was them. I have had nothing but headaches with this place. Nothing but dishonesty and bad management. I don't know where these good reviews came from... paint cracked and faded after the first year. Cheap paint, cheap clear and nothing but bon-do was used on dents. They could have Easley just pulled them out or budgeted for a Paintless Dent Repair person to come out. I wouldn't take my car here unless you want your money taken from you. I've been waiting over 7 months for my payment to be sent back to my insurance due to negligence of the body shop over 5k This whole ordeal has given me a headache over half a year! They never touched my car nor ordered my parts for my vehicle. Mercury has been waiting for payment from them since January of 2025 it's always something "wrong" with the check.last time I spoke with mercury they gave them the run around once they had the wrong amount on the check, or they "sent" it but mercury never received it. I know how checks/ach work since I used to work in finance. They just don't want to pay back what is mine back. Now In going through small claim courts to settle this since this body shop has been unable to settle this. Thanks to mercury I have all the documents and emails sent to this body shop and payment information when the payment got cashed by the body shop. If they would have just sent the money back to my insurance company this whole issue would have been resolved a long time ago. read more

I don't often write reviews, but I just had to write one for Gerry's because it was such a positive experience. I brought in a small job for a quote. I had been to two other places already that morning. Surprisingly, all three places gave me the same quote. But Gerry went the extra mile and gave me a tour of his operation. It's one shop among several auto body and paint shops all in the same strip of businesses, but it soon became apparent that Gerry's work is far and away better than the others. He's the guy that is used for body and paint work for Mercedes of Anaheim, Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, and another high-end place in Huntington Beach that I can't recall the name of right now. While I was there, he was working on a nice Porsche SUV for a repeat customer, a beautiful Ferrari that had severe bumper damage when brought in but looked as good as new today, a full-size Ford pick-up truck, and even an IOCCOCA Ford Mustang one-of-a-kind prototype! This tells me two things: (1) This guy can work on anything, and (2) If you have a super nice ride and want it fixed right, this is the place you bring it! He showed me his brand new paint machine (next to his previous one) and I forget how many tens of thousands of dollars he said each cost him (something like $75,000 and $45,000, maybe?). I was amazed when he said that the German paints that he uses can cost $700 per gallon and the premium-quality clear topcoat costs about $1000 per gallon! By the end of the tour, it was obvious to me that although his price was the same as the other two places, his materials are among the finest available in the world, and his workmanship takes a back seat to no one! (He even showed me jobs that had been done elsewhere and then brought to him to fix the other place's shoddy work.) When I went to pick up my parts today, he was buffing them to perfection. I'm still surprised that Gerry took my small job (which may have been the smallest job every brought to him, haha!), but it's clear that he's just that sort of guy: friendly, fair, knowledgeable, and skilled; what more could a customer ask for? read more

My car was involved in a hit and run and I was in a panic mode on what I was going to do to not only get my car fixed, but where I was going to take it to get it done. Luckily I was recommended to Gerry's and it was the best decision I ever made. Nathan ( director or operations) was the man who walked me through everything and communicated directly to my insurance on what was needed and so forth. I had to get an entire new door as well as get parts fixed on the back bumper and front shotgun seat door side as well.
