I stopped in to get my iPhone 13 repaired for a broken back glass. They were able to get it fixed same day and the phone looks new again. You need to gives these guys a try! True story: broke my phone and needed repair ASAP. Found two locations in Chandler south of the 202. Picked the closest location and after spending almost 30 minutes getting setup in their system and showing them how to turn on my iPhone I decided to bolt and went to Rapid iPhone repair and they fixed my phone in 40minutes and were about 15% cheaper. I was very confident in this place after doing some intense researching on where to take my phone to get my camera lens fixed. It had been shattered for a couple months and after reading all the great reviews for this place, I went to have it looked at here. Everything went great up until I was given my phone back after about an hour of him working on it. The phone looked great and everything seemed great, until my phone started acting very strange that same night. It would randomly shut off and go completely blank almost every hour and the battery life showed "0%" even though my phone had been charged. Over the next few days, it got even worse and my phone would shut off almost every 2-3 minutes and would not charge. I then decided to take the phone back into the store and have them look at it, hoping that they would fix the issue since it happened right after I got the lens fixed. It was a different guy when I had went in, and he basically told me that there is no way they could have messed up the phone because they don't even open it up (which is not true at all). I then decided to take it over to apple, since they were trying to charge me $200 to look at the motherboard on the phone. On top of the $86 I was already charged to fix the camera lens. Once Apple took a look at it, the guy immediately says it was caused by the Rapid Phone Repair employee who fixed my phone. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated here and especially frustrated that they were not helpful at all when they were the ones who caused these issues on my phone. Don't go here unless you're looking to spend money to have your phone screwed up by these liars. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Came in today thinking I may need to replace my battery on my iPad. Key word "thinking" not really knowing. Richard helped me today. He kept my IPad to run a few things just to make sure. I will never go back to any Rapid iPhone Repair store. I took in a video game console that was not charging. A part needed to be ordered so I had to put $45 down. I called the store a week later and was told my console was ready for pick up. But no repair was done, they told me I only needed a new charger. I asked about a refund over the phone since no work was done and they said they would call back. No one did so I went into the store. I was told the same thing, the technician got the console to charge and no repair was done. I explained we have 2 chargers at home and 2 other consoles that charge just fine. I asked to be shown that console would charge but was told they didn't have the type of charger in store. At this point I was so frustrated I asked for a refund. The cashier said "I can't give it back to you for nothing". I was only refunded $25 for them doing literally nothing. Very disappointed as the cashier made to effort to offer a solution or to go ahead with replacing the charging port. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

I was vsiting from out of town and took iPhone XR (just paid off recently) for new battery replacement . AFTER INSTALLING GENERIC BATTERY (they don't tell you it's generic so don't assume it's an APPLE BATTERY), the "battery health function" no longer worked. The young man (technician) told me he wasn't aware of that happening on that particular phone and he fiddled with it trying to maneuver it to work properly but it DIDN'T and I explained I cannot resale the phone without that function working. There is a money back guarantee for the service provided by this store. Since the phone function no longer worked (Battery health function) the phone was not going to be sellable so I asked for him to fix the issue or I want my money back. I was told I would receive the refund and my old (APPLE) battery would be reinstalled. "AFTER" reinstalling the "old" original (APPLE) battery, the battery function worked again. That's when I was told I would only receive a refund of $55 for the battery and not the $45 LABOR! This was not stated to me prior to changing out the battery. I was told in front of a witness that I would be refunded (NOT PARTIALLY BUT "REFUNDED"). I had to fight tooth and nail to get a full refund - the regional manager called my phone while I was in the lobby of this store and told me I was wasting my time waiting for proof of refund. I was told by to trust that an email would come my way in a few days. Mind you, I was visiting from out of town. That night, my phone quit working completely and I took it to the APPLE STORE in Gilbert, Arizona.I would still have my phone today if I'd not taken it to the phone repair shop in the first place. Not only did they treat me horribly but I had to purchase a new phone somewhere else and was not able to trade mine in since it no longer functioned altogether! NEVER AGAIN! read more
